- Screening + CV review for fit
- Building pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, and alternative channels
- Writing strong outreach campaigns/messages
- ATS updates, sharing progress, occasional scheduling
- Weekly reporting and proactive sourcing improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience sourcing in the US
- Strong track record filling senior/leadership roles
- Ability to find top talent in engineering, product, and data
- Excellent Boolean search + creative passive sourcing
- Experience writing high-conversion outreach campaigns
- Proactive, responsible, self-driven, and process-oriented
