Recruiter (US Telecom Market)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our growing HR team.

As an In-House Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring cable technicians across the U.S. market, supporting our fast-growing team of 300+ contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and pre-screening of candidates for open positions.
• Use multiple sourcing channels (Facebook, job boards, and professional platforms).
• Conduct 20+ candidate interviews and outreach conversations per day to assess qualifications and maintain a consistent hiring pipeline.
• Communicate with candidates, coordinate job offers, and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the CRM system and prepare reports for the Recruitment Team Lead.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to close positions efficiently.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and sales.
• Experience hiring for the U.S. market.
• English level: B2+.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong sourcing skills (Facebook and other recruitment channels).
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when interviewing and engaging with candidates.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (New York time).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Telecom, Networking, VoIP, or ISP.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles.

Koscom Networks is a growing U.S.-based telecommunications company specializing in fiber optic and telecommunications network construction. We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant / Junior HR to join our team and support our HR processes and employees.

What you’ll do:

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare and organize HR documents, job offers, agreements, and other documentation
• Maintain and update employee information and HR databases
• Respond to employees’ HR-related questions and help resolve day-to-day requests
• Assist with preparing information for payroll and HR reports
• Help coordinate performance reviews and other HR processes
• Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks and internal communications
• Help improve and organize HR processes as the company continues to grow

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ months of experience in HR, recruitment, HR administration, or a related field
• B2 level of English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with documents and data
• Proactive attitude and a strong desire to develop in HR
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office
• Experience with HR systems, ATS, CRM, or similar tools is a plus
