We need someone who can build a quality process from scratch:
from manual testing during MVP stage to automation for production stability.

Typical stack

Manual:
• Test cases, regression, smoke, exploratory testing
• Web and mobile testing
• Jira / Linear / Notion
• API testing (Postman, Swagger)

Automation:
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Playwright / Cypress / Selenium
• API automation
• CI integration (GitHub Actions)
• Docker (basic)

Environment:
• REST API
• JWT / OAuth
• Stripe / PayPal
• WebSockets
• PostgreSQL / MongoDB

What you’ll do

• Build and improve QA processes for MVP and production
• Create and maintain test cases
• Test web and mobile applications
• Validate APIs and integrations (payments, auth, subscriptions)
• Develop and maintain automated tests
• Participate in fast 3–6 week MVP releases
• Monitor stability after launch
• Work closely with backend and frontend engineers

Skills we’re looking for

• Strong manual testing experience (web and mobile)
• Solid understanding of REST API and client-server architecture
• Experience with automation tools (Playwright / Cypress / Selenium)
• Ability to focus on critical business scenarios, not just surface testing
• Knowledge of regression, smoke, edge-case testing
• Experience with payments and authentication systems is a plus
• Ability to use AI tools to speed up QA workflows with strict quality validation
