What you’ll do

• Build and improve QA processes for MVP and production
• Create and maintain test cases
• Test web and mobile applications
• Validate APIs and integrations (payments, auth, subscriptions)
• Develop and maintain automated tests
• Participate in fast 3–6 week MVP releases
• Monitor stability after launch
• Work closely with backend and frontend engineers

Skills we’re looking for

• Strong manual testing experience (web and mobile)
• Solid understanding of REST API and client-server architecture
• Experience with automation tools (Playwright / Cypress / Selenium)
• Ability to focus on critical business scenarios, not just surface testing
• Knowledge of regression, smoke, edge-case testing
• Experience with payments and authentication systems is a plus
• Ability to use AI tools to speed up QA workflows with strict quality validation

Product Manager (Middle)

Focus on building successful digital products by aligning business goals, user needs, and development execution. Our typical workflow and tools:

• Product discovery, market and user research
• User interviews, JTBD, problem validation
• Roadmaps, OKRs, prioritization frameworks
• MVP definition and scope management
• Backlog management (Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Notion)
• Collaboration with design, frontend, backend, and mobile teams
• Product analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel — when needed)
• A/B testing and hypothesis validation
• Stakeholder communication and reporting
• Documentation: PRD, specs, user stories

What you’ll do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Validate ideas through research and rapid MVPs
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements
• Manage backlog, priorities, and sprint planning
• Work closely with designers and engineers

UI/UX Designer (Middle)

Focus on designing user-friendly, scalable, and business-oriented digital products. Our typical workflow and tools:

• User research, interviews, usability testing

• User flows, customer journeys, wireframes

• UI design for web and mobile applications

• Interactive prototypes and design validation

• Design systems, component libraries, style guides

• Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Prototyping)

• Collaboration with developers and product managers

• Accessibility (WCAG), responsive and adaptive design

• Analytics-based improvements (Hotjar, GA, Amplitude — when needed)

• Design handoff and documentation for development teams

What you’ll do

• Design interfaces for MVPs and production products

• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

• Build UI for dashboards, onboarding, forms, and complex systems

• Develop and maintain design systems

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design

• Strong portfolio with web and/or mobile projects

• Confident work in Figma

• Build MVP interfaces and ship them to production fast
• Create dashboards, admin panels, onboarding flows, and complex forms
• Integrate the frontend with APIs and maintain solid component architecture
• Implement and support payment integrations together with backend: payment UI, statuses, subscriptions, invoices, and error scenarios
• Deliver clean responsive UI and bring UX to a polished level
• Iterate after launch: improve performance, stability, conversion, and analytics

• Strong React and Next.js, understanding SSR vs CSR, routing, and server components (when used)
• TypeScript without pain: types for data, components, and APIs
