We work with e-commerce, marketplace, booking, delivery, and subscription-based companies that rely on web traffic or third-party platforms and want a direct, high-performing mobile channel instead. 

 

Our focus is on turning mobile into a long-term growth channel by reducing dependency on intermediaries, improving customer retention, and supporting repeat usage. Kodori is founder-led and hands-on. 

 

Projects are led directly by a founder with 8+ years of experience shipping native mobile products, with no junior handoffs, no account managers, and no disappearing after launch. 

 

We’re intentionally not for everyone. Kodori is a good fit for teams that already have users and revenue, care about business outcomes over buzzwords, and are looking for a long-term product partner rather than a one-off vendor.

    We’re looking for a Lead Generator / Lead Researcher to support early outbound efforts through careful research and first-touch outreach.

    The role is focused on relevance and signal, not volume.


    Responsibilities

    • Research and validate companies and decision-makers based on a defined ICP
    • Perform first outbound contact (LinkedIn / Email)
    • Bring conversations to reply or initial interest
    • Hand over relevant conversations to the founder

    Scope of the role

    • Focus on lead research and first-touch outreach only
    • All further communication and discussions are handled by the founder

    Requirements

    • Experience with lead research and outbound outreach 
    • Ability to work with a clearly defined ICP
    • Written English (B2)
    • Attention to detail and structured thinking

    Nice to have

    • Experience with tech or digital services
    • LinkedIn-based outreach experience
