    The Odoo Implementation Engineer is responsible for assisting the Solutions Architect and/or Project Manager in identifying business requirements, configuring the Odoo platform and modules, and providing guidance through the transition into the Odoo platform for our clients. All Implementation engineers will have knowledge and experience working with, and deploying, Odoo in different industries and applications. Communication skills and professional customer service are required to be successful in this role.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Analyze Client business processes and requirements unique to the situation at hand

    - Customize Odoo to meet client requests and improve their workflows

    - Work within assigned project team(s) across multiple implementations

    - Create documentation for use by the client and Klik support staff post-implementation

    - Participate in regular meetings to discuss project updates and challenges

    - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing during implementation

    - Provide Project Managers with schedule estimates based on experience and adhere to the provided final schedule

    - Suggest potential additions to the ERP system for future projects

     

    Requirements:

    - 2-3 years experience implementing Odoo

    The Sr. Odoo Implementation Engineer is responsible for managing other Odoo Implementation Engineers, also working on their project list. We are looking for an Odoo expert capable of building custom modules for clients with little issue. The ideal candidate has experience in deploying Odoo in multiple industries and can handle a wider array of complications. Among other highly-desirable skills is management experience, leadership skills and excelling in providing customer service and communication to customers. 

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Manage other Odoo Implementation Engineers

    - Conduct bi-annual reviews and handle managerial duties within the team

Under the leadership of the PMO Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of cross-functional projects. This position requires strong project management skills, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

     

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of assigned projects across various departments (IT, operations, client onboarding, etc.).
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, risk management strategies, and resource allocation.
