Job Description: 
We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist who is well-versed in HubSpot to develop (MailChimp, Instantly), implement, and optimize our inbound and outbound email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing team to drive engagement and conversions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot (MailChimp, Instantly) to promote our services, products, and events. 
• Managing internal email communication
• Growing subscription List and managing Newsletters
• Create engaging and personalized email content, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows. 
• Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and effective communication in Hubspot 
• Assist in warming up email accounts and domains to build a positive sender reputation. 
• Identify and resolve deliverability issues such as spam filtering and blacklisting. 
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) to optimize future campaigns. 
• Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective email content, subject lines, and send times. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals. 
• Ensure all email marketing activities comply with industry best practices and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). 
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in email marketing and HubSpot features. 

• Weekly and monthly reports, Hubspot dashboards  

   

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the IT or technology sector minimum 2 years. 
• Proficiency in HubSpot (MailChimp, Instantly) email marketing tools and features. 
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and regulations. 
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a keep eye for detail. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
• Experience with email list management, segmentation, and personalization techniques, emails warm up and goal oriented  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• HubSpot Certification(s) in Email Marketing or related areas. 
• Experience with other marketing automation platforms and tools. 
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.

The Odoo Implementation Engineer is responsible for assisting the Solutions Architect and/or Project Manager in identifying business requirements, configuring the Odoo platform and modules, and providing guidance through the transition into the Odoo platform for our clients. All Implementation engineers will have knowledge and experience working with, and deploying, Odoo in different industries and applications. Communication skills and professional customer service are required to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze Client business processes and requirements unique to the situation at hand

- Customize Odoo to meet client requests and improve their workflows

- Work within assigned project team(s) across multiple implementations

- Create documentation for use by the client and Klik support staff post-implementation

- Participate in regular meetings to discuss project updates and challenges

- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing during implementation

- Provide Project Managers with schedule estimates based on experience and adhere to the provided final schedule

- Suggest potential additions to the ERP system for future projects

Requirements:

- 2-3 years experience implementing Odoo

- 1-2 years of Python development experience

- *Odoo 17 or 18 certification a plus*

- Experience in agile environments

- Enterprise-level implementation experience a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to identify and solve problems without direction

- Able to work alone and on a team as projects dictate

- Able to manage time in a remote work environment

- Capable of working on multiple projects at once

Klik Solutions is gathering a highly skilled team to work on a challenging project with a US-based client who uses multiple apps and wants to unite them under one Odoo umbrella.

The Sr. Odoo Implementation Engineer is responsible for managing other Odoo Implementation Engineers, also working on their project list. We are looking for an Odoo expert capable of building custom modules for clients with little issue. The ideal candidate has experience in deploying Odoo in multiple industries and can handle a wider array of complications. Among other highly-desirable skills is management experience, leadership skills and excelling in providing customer service and communication to customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage other Odoo Implementation Engineers

- Conduct bi-annual reviews and handle managerial duties within the team

- Analyze Client business processes and requirements unique to their plant

- Make suggestions based on prior experiences as to how Odoo could improve workflows

- Work within assigned project team(s) across multiple implementations at once

- Create documentation for use by the client and Klik support staff post-implementation

- Review the teams documentation to ensure quality and consistency

- Participate in regular meetings to discuss project updates and challenges

- Plan & Facilitate User Acceptance Testing during implementation

- Provide Project Managers with schedule estimates based on experience and adhere to provided final schedule

- Suggest potential additions to the ERP system for future projects

Requirements:

- 3+ years experience implementing Odoo

- 1-3 years of implementing ERP systems

- 1-2 years Python development experience

- *Odoo 17 or 18 certification a plus*

- Experience in agile environments

- Enterprise-level implementation experience a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to identify and develop solutions for clients both independently and as part of a team

- Ability to manage time in a remote work environment

- Ability to manage other human resources to ensure project completion

- Capable of working on multiple projects at once

- 2 years in a management or lead position desired
