    We are looking for an experienced PSP Manager to help us scale our payment infrastructure within a fast-growing online business. The main focus of this role is acquiring new MIDs, managing relationships with PSPs, handling KYC/KYB processes, and ensuring a stable payment ecosystem in a high-risk vertical (e-commerce, digital goods, subscriptions, etc.).

    💼 Responsibilities:

    • Identify, vet, and onboard new PSPs (EU, UK, offshore, Tier-1/Tier-2 banks, aggregators).
    • Open new merchant accounts (MIDs) tailored to the project’s billing needs (2D/3D, recurring, etc.).
    • Manage the full negotiation cycle with providers — from initial contact to contract signing.
    • Collect, prepare, and submit all required documentation for KYC/KYB processes.
    • Oversee documentation flows (corporate docs, processing history, P&L, product sheets, etc.).
    • Monitor MID performance: approval rates, decline reasons, cascading logic support.
    • Keep chargeback rates, fraud scores, and traffic quality within PSP-compliant levels.
    • Maintain CRM with all PSPs and current application statuses.
    • Collaborate with finance, legal, and development teams (for integrations and tokenization workflows).
       

    🧠 Requirements:

    • 1+ year experience in payment processing, fintech, or high-risk industries.
    • Strong knowledge of billing models: subscriptions, rebills, trial, upsell, recurring.
    • Solid understanding of compliance: KYC, KYB, PCI DSS, AML.
    • Proven track record of successfully completing PSP/bank KYC processes.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch priorities quickly.

Your key focus will be sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding new PSPs and acquirers who are open to high-risk merchants, especially those working with subscriptions, rebills, and recurring models.

    • Identify and establish new relationships with PSPs, acquirers, and aggregators in the EU, UK, and offshore jurisdictions.

    • Act as the main liaison between our company and payment partners.

    🧠 Requirements:

    • 1+ year experience in high-risk business development, fintech, payment processing, or merchant acquiring.
    • Solid understanding of online billing models: subscription, recurring, trial, upsell, rebill.
    • Familiarity with compliance frameworks: KYC, KYB, PCI DSS, and general PSP onboarding processes.
    • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and manage multiple partner pipelines at once.
