This role involves developing and managing backend infrastructure with a focus on smart contract integration, secure data handling, and supporting DeFi and DAO components. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in backend development for blockchain projects, particularly within DeFi and DAO ecosystems, with expertise in Java or Node.js for high-performance, secure backend services.
Requirements:
– Proven experience with Corda or similar blockchain platforms.
– Proficiency in Java and/or Node.js, with a focus on backend development for blockchain applications.
– Experience with DeFi and DAO protocols and smart contract development.
– Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and caching solutions.
– Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar) for deployment and scaling.
– Strong understanding of data structures, security practices, and scalable architecture for blockchain applications.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to development.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage backend services, APIs, and integrations using Java and/or Node.js for a modular blockchain application.
– Implement and maintain smart contracts on Corda, with functionality to support DeFi and DAO features.
– Collaborate with frontend developers to design and integrate backend services with complex UI components.
– Design efficient data structures and optimize database performance to handle large-scale data.
– Develop and deploy secure solutions for blockchain transactions and manage the application state.
– Ensure robust security practices in backend architecture and data protection.
– Troubleshoot and optimize existing code for better performance, reliability, and scalability.
– Stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain technology, DeFi, DAO frameworks, and backend development in Java and Node.js.
