We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing iGaming team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our players, providing fast, friendly, and professional assistance through live chat, email, and messengers. Your main tasks will include helping with account and payment questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive gaming experience.

📌 Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer support (iGaming experience is a big plus).
• Strong written and verbal English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Ability to work evening and night shifts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly customer support via live chat, email, and messengers.
• Assist players with account, payment, and gameplay inquiries.
• Handle complaints and escalate technical issues when necessary.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer cases.

🕒 Shifts:

• Morning: 08:00 – 16:00
• Evening: 16:00 – 00:00

Night: 00:00 – 08:00 (2 shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities:

-  Develop and implement an SEO strategy to promote social casino brands in the U.S.
- Optimize products for branded traffic and work on expanding organic presence for non-branded keywords.
- Conduct technical website audits and collaborate with developers to resolve SEO-related issues.
-  Analyze competitors and develop strategies to achieve top rankings.
- Manage content strategy: collaborate with copywriters, create and optimize pages for key search queries.
- Link-building management: research, acquire, and grow high-quality backlinks.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4, etc.
-  Adapt SEO strategies in line with Google algorithm updates.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of SEO experience, preferably in product-based companies
- Experience promoting projects in the U.S. (Tier 1 market).
- Understanding of SEO specifics in the Social Casino niche or other white-hat verticals.
- Hands-on experience with content strategies, keyword clustering, and internal linking.

Will be a plus:

- Experience in growing large product websites with high organic traffic.
-  Background in local SEO for the U.S.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native (latest stable versions).
• Work with Expo for building, testing, and releasing applications.
• Implement new features, reusable UI components, and ensure performance optimization across iOS and Android.
• Integrate external services and SDKs such as OneSignal (push notifications), analytics, payment gateways, and custom APIs.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams (REST / GraphQL APIs).
• Debug, profile, and resolve performance issues on both platforms.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.

• Participate in the full release cycle, including preparing builds and publishing apps to App Store and Google Play.

   

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of commercial experience with React Native.
• Solid understanding of React (hooks, context, component lifecycle).
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Expo (bare and managed workflows).
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).
• Familiarity with React Navigation/Expo Router and deep linking.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs and APIs.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code (unit & integration tests, Jest/React Testing Library).
• Good understanding of mobile performance optimization (bundling, images, animations).
• Experience with Git and common workflows (PRs, code review).
   

Nice to have:
 

• Experience with OneSignal or other push notification services (Firebase, AWS SNS).
• Familiarity with Tailwind/NativeWind
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps in App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Familiarity with native modules (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane).
• Background in high-load or multi-tenant applications.

• Domain experience in fintech, e-commerce, or gambling.

• Підготовка звітності та рекомендацій щодо зниження ризиків.
