We’re looking for a Python Developer to join a high-impact team building core infrastructure for one of our company’s most critical initiatives. You’ll architect the connectivity layer between internal systems and the external platforms they depend on — designing for reliability, scale, and security from day one.

You’ll work directly with the Team Lead and senior engineers, contributing to architectural decisions that have real product impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build high-performance Python services alongside senior engineering and product teams — scalable by design, not by accident.
• Architect integrations with third-party APIs and external platforms, setting the patterns and practices the wider team follows.
• Own system reliability — build distributed systems that hold up under real financial workloads, with a relentless focus on scalability and security.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, working across product, design, and engineering.
• Raise the bar on code quality — write clean, testable, efficient Python code and lead thorough code reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Python development experience with deep backend expertise.
• Proven track record building high-performance APIs with FastAPI or other ASGI-based frameworks.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems design.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub preferred), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills — MariaDB, MongoDB, or similar.
• The architectural judgment to make the right call under pressure.
• Clear, direct communication — equally effective with engineers and product leads.

Will be a plus: Experience with SSO and Identity Providers, particularly Keycloak.

Kindgeek is looking for an organised, process-driven professional who turns incoming interest into trusted client relationships and well-crafted proposals. Your mission will be to own the engagement process end-to-end — from the first discovery call to a polished proposal — and to continuously improve how we work with our inbound leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Growth Manager (Pre-Sales), you will be responsible for:

• Owning the proposal process end-to-end — from initial discovery calls to assembling, preparing, and presenting proposals to prospects — and keeping it moving with a clear sense of urgency;
• Qualifying inbound leads and gathering the details and requirements needed to scope each proposal;
• Coordinating input from delivery, technical, and marketing teams to build accurate, well-structured proposals;
• Nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout the engagement;
• Maintaining accurate records and managing the sales pipeline within the CRM system (HubSpot);
• Tracking key metrics and sharing insights to improve conversion rates and the engagement process.

REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for a Growth Manager (Pre-Sales) who has:

• 1+ years of experience in project management/pre-sales coordination/client engagement/business development role within the IT domain;
• Hands-on experience preparing and assembling proposals end-to-end (RFPs, estimates, presentations) — not only coordinating them;
• Strong organisational and coordination skills to drive the proposal process across teams and stakeholders;
• Experience working with inbound leads, from qualification through to proposal;
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot);
• Experience using AI tools and process automation in day-to-day work;
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English, with excellent verbal and written communication;
• Strong analytical and presentation skills;
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to organise collaboration and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience as a Project Manager or in a process-coordination role;

• Experience working in the fintech domain.

Kindgeek is looking for a sharp, curious Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology. Your mission will be to turn complex FinTech and crypto requirements into clear, actionable solutions that our Agile teams can build with confidence. Along the way, you’ll also help shape new client engagements, bringing structure and clarity to opportunities from the very first conversation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap to the Agile team, adjusting it based on stakeholder feedback and market changes;
• Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog, including clear user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and acting as the primary liaison between business and the Agile team;
• Participating in sprint planning and reviews, adjusting priorities based on team feedback and retrospectives;
• Defining acceptance criteria and validating delivered functionality against business needs;
• Analysing technical diagrams and supporting the development team in documenting back-end business logic;
• Supporting pre-sales activities, including client discovery calls, proposal preparation, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who has:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the FinTech sector;
• Hands-on exposure to crypto on-ramp/off-ramp solutions and banking/payment systems;
• Strong understanding of financial technologies, with proven expertise in crypto and banking payments;
• Genuine interest in learning adjacent sub-domains such as open banking, card processing, and AML/KYC;
• Proven ability to work on technical projects, including API analysis and solution design;
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems;
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders;
• Collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment;
• Experience participating in pre-sales activities, including proposal and WBS preparation.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a FinTech environment;
• Familiarity with AML/KYC or open banking regulations;
• Experience presenting solutions directly to clients during pre-sales stages.
