We are looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer (2+ years of experience) to join our team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual direction of our SaaS platforms.
 

What you will do:

• Work with complex B2B and SaaS systems to improve their user experience and interfaces.
• Interact with developers, product team and stakeholders to advocate for design decisions.
• Create prototypes, test hypotheses and improve user interaction with the product.
• Develop and maintain a design system using modern Figma tools.
• Work with auto-layouts, components, tokens, and new Figma features.
• Understand how business goals impact design, analyze UX metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Participate in user interviews and research to design solutions based on real customer problems.
• Document your solutions and help the team better understand the UX approach.
• Advanced Figma user.
   

What’s important to us:

• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer.
• Upper-Intermediate English, ability to correspond and communicate on calls.
• Deep understanding of UX processes and willingness to work with complex interfaces.

What Do you have:

• Intermediate level of Google Sheets (or Excel) (higher proficiency is a plus).
• Basic understanding of SaaS and software, with the ability to differentiate between them.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Ability to handle large data sets and extract meaningful insights.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software solutions (experience with Texau or similar tools is a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Select relevant companies based on our Ideal Customer Profile. (ICP)
• Analyze company websites to determine their industry and main product specialization.
• Research company profiles on LinkedIn to identify location, team setup, and relevance.
• Use tools for automatic data scraping to gather data efficiently.
• Identify relevant job titles based on prescribed Buyer Personas.

• Track and fulfill KPIs, while completing detailed reports.

This role is essential to enhancing our outreach efforts and establishing valuable partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct market research to identify the ideal client profile and opportunities for growth.
• Work effectively within our established lead generation processes.
• Utilize tools like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead searching, validation, and partner identification.
• Engage in regular writing communication with potential partners.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Knowledge of how to conduct market research to determine the ideal client profile.
• Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other search tools.
• An Intermediate to Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• A quick learner with a disciplined, results-oriented mindset.

Great to have, but not 100% necessary:

• Knowledge of outreach automation tools such as LinkedHelper, Snov.io, Reply.io, etc.
• Experience with Google Sheets and scrapping tools.

• Understanding the principles of information architecture, typography and atomic design.
• Stay updated on the latest Figma features, ability to work with components and autolayouts in Figma.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides and skills of working with prototypes.
• Continuous analysis of how the UX can be improved. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• English level of at least Upper-Intermediate for direct communication with customers. Working with customer requests and adapting the design to their needs.
• Meet deadlines and adhere to project scopes for timely delivery.
