We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to develop, innovate, and support Keylabs.AI, a data labeling platform. This role is critical to our mission and offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the AI ​​industry.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
Experience

At least 5 years of full-time experience in software development.
Experience in team leadership roles would be an advantage.
Required: At least 2 years of experience in client-side web development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
At least 2 years of proven experience with MongoDB and SQL databases, including writing complex SQL queries involving JOIN operations.
Hands-on experience with production systems and high-availability architectures.
Experience with automation, infrastructure as code, and GitOps.
Experience with Python-based machine learning tools such as PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, etc.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of design patterns and ability to effectively apply them in various scenarios.
Knowledge of C or C++ is required.
Excellent Python proficiency with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
Familiarity with C# and/or Java.
Excellent Node.js / JavaScript proficiency.
Deep knowledge of modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Django, Flask or similar).
Experience and knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Requirements: 

Knowledge of Linux, Linux tools, network technologies and system security (main daily working platform is Linux).
Knowledge related to training and using machine learning models.
Ability to analyze and solve complex algorithmic problems.
Ability to interpret and understand complex technical specifications.

Working Schedule

• Willingness to occasionally work non-standard hours to support critical releases, incidents, or customer needs.

English Language

• Advanced level of English proficiency (C1).
  
   

Technical Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Software development  
• 1+ years of practical experience with Python.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience in scripting and automating workflows, including working with APIs for task automation.
• Understanding of software design principles, particularly SOLID.
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems and familiarity with the Linux command line.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Practical experience with web frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with Celery, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker.
• Skilled in writing unit and integration tests.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• English at an intermediate level or higher (to read and understand technical documentation).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining tools and applications for the company’s infrastructure.
• Designing, supporting, and maintaining internal services.
• Transforming and storing data in various formats (e.g., JSON, XML, CSV).
• Automating workflows using APIs.
• Researching, configuring, and integrating third-party software into company processes.
• Providing general IT support and troubleshooting.

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Data Management Specialist to manage, process, and maintain large volumes of data and media assets used in AI and technology projects.

   

• This role focuses on ensuring data integrity, consistency, and availability while optimizing workflows through automation and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

   

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and manipulate data using Linux file systems and native OS tools;
2. Work with media files, including video formats, codecs, resolution, and frame rate (FPS);
3. Verify data integrity using checksum and verification tools;
4. Pack and unpack large data archives efficiently;
5. Automate data-related workflows using scripting languages;
6. Prepare, structure, and maintain datasets in structured formats;
7. Maintain cloud-based data storage and perform data migration;
8. Collaborate with Project, QA, and Technical teams to ensure smooth data operations;
9. Clearly and consistently document workflows, processes, and task updates.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of Linux file systems and administration (Ubuntu/Debian, 2+ years);
2. Experience with Windows OS administration;
3. Proficiency in Python and Bash / Shell scripting;
4. Experience with archive management tools for large datasets;
5. Knowledge of checksum verification tools (md5sum, sha256sum);
6. Tools for checking video properties, codecs, and formats;
7. Solid knowledge of JSON and CSV formats;
8. Experience with cloud storage platforms: AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Azure;
9. Familiarity with JIRA, Slack, Confluence, and Google Docs.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with point clouds / 3D data;
2. Strong understanding of complex technical specifications;
3. Experience working with large-scale datasets;
4. English & Communication;
5. English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher;
6. Ability to read and understand technical documentation and project requirements;
7. Clear written communication in English (reports, updates, documentation);
