We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead AI data annotation projects for Computer Vision customers.

This is an operations-heavy role. You won’t be managing software development sprints. Instead, you’ll be responsible for delivering large-scale AI datasets on time, at the expected quality, and within budget - and for facilitating communication between customers and delivery teams, translating client needs into execution and keeping both sides aligned.

What you’ll do

• Own multiple customer projects from kickoff to delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, QA, Solutions, Finance)
• Manage timelines, priorities and project risks
• Work directly with enterprise customers
• Act as the point of contact for client escalations, drive issue resolution and communicate project status
• Monitor quality, productivity and delivery metrics
• Make operational decisions every day to keep projects moving
• Improve internal processes and automate repetitive work whenever possible

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in AI/ML data annotation or data labeling operations - this is a must, not a nice-to-have
• A track record of managing complex, large-scale projects (exact years of PM experience matter less than real cases and results)
• Advanced (C1) English or higher, confident written and spoken client communication
• Excellent communication skills, with proven experience engaging senior/C-level stakeholders and a strong ability to summarize complex situations clearly and concisely
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in fast-changing, ambiguous environments - juggling shifting priorities without losing structure
• Strong ownership mindset
• Data-driven decision making
• Experience with Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and similar project management / collaboration tools (e.g. Asana, Notion)
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly

Technical Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Software development  
• 1+ years of practical experience with Python.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience in scripting and automating workflows, including working with APIs for task automation.
• Understanding of software design principles, particularly SOLID.
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems and familiarity with the Linux command line.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Practical experience with web frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with Celery, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker.
• Skilled in writing unit and integration tests.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support project planning, execution, and control. This role combines the functions of a coordinator and junior project manager and requires strong communication skills, multitasking, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the smooth running of projects by coordinating teams, monitoring deadlines, maintaining documentation, and supporting communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and tracking project progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and key milestones.

- Communicating complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

- Communicating and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure completion of tasks and alignment with project objectives.

- Monitoring data quality and promptly escalating risks or issues that may impact scope, timelines, or quality.

- Providing regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, aligning expectations, and ensuring transparency.

- Maintaining and updating key project documentation: budget reports, trackers, meeting minutes, delivery schedules.

- Monitoring production KPIs (speed, quality), conducting random quality checks to maintain consistent results.

- Identifying and escalating scope changes at client request to the appropriate internal teams.

- Organizing and conducting meetings with the team/clients to agree on goals, discuss issues, and discuss project status.

- Assisting in resolving project issues and optimizing work processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

- Higher education in business, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in project coordination, operations, or support
- Understanding of the project lifecycle and basic Project Management principles
- Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, ability to clearly communicate information
- Ability to handle risks and problems, results-oriented
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana)
- Skills in working with spreadsheets, reports, and calculations
- Mandatory language requirements

Fluency in English and Russian/Ukrainian (oral and written)
