KeenEthics was founded in 2015 in Lviv, and at that time, we had only 3 employees. As of January 2022, there are more than eighty of us. We provide outsourcing and outstaffing services in the spheres of web and mobile software development (Full Stack JavaScript, GraphQL, React, Redux, Angular2, Meteor, Express) and cross-platform mobile development (Π‘ordova, React Native, iOnic).
Ethics is our most important value. We guarantee proper attitude to employees. We motivate people to live a healthy lifestyle. We carry out weekly tech talks and code-reviews.
In the company, we build a horizontal organizational structure. Each employee is encouraged to use their initiative, imagination, and experience to optimize the company processes and bring some fresh and useful ideas into our professional routine.
