Looking for a Vault Engineer to design vault mechanics for tokenized equity.

This role owns the question:

“How do we make vault yield fair, stable, and impossible to farm?

Focus areas:

→ dividend mechanics

→ ex-dividend / record / payment date logic

→ snapshot design

→ anti-dividend-farming rules

→ TVL spike prevention

→ NAV and share price behavior

→ deposit / withdrawal cooldowns

→ vault parameters for different assets and load profiles

Ideal background:

→ DeFi vaults (ERC-4626 and others)

→ Yield products

→ Risk modeling

→ Vault Economy

We are currently looking for a marketer who will take full ownership of hands-on marketing processes (we need someone who executes, not a strategist). You will become the second marketing team member and work directly alongside the CMO.

Responsibilities: 
• Writing marketing content, announcements, and social posts 
• Working with KOLs and helping manage collaborations 
• Organizing and coordinating AMA sessions 
• Preparing marketing materials, briefs, and one-pagers 
• Updating pitch decks and PGDs from a marketing perspective 
• Helping with positioning, messaging, and overall communication strategy 
• Coordinating with design and product teams on marketing initiatives

Requirements: 
• Strong English writing skills, minimum C1-C2 level 
• Native English speaker preferred, or someone with strong experience living or working in an English-speaking environment 
• Proven experience in crypto/Web3 is required 
• Strong understanding of the BTCFi ecosystem 
• Experience working with institutional or enterprise-level projects is a strong plus
• Ability to write high-quality marketing texts and communications 

Working Conditions:
• Part-time initially, with the possibility to transition to full-time

• Compensation: Base Salary + KPI bonuses
