We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager specialized in Meta and TikTok advertising. The role involves managing ad campaigns, tracking, and working with attribution models, Triple Whale, Hyros, GA4, and etc.
Responsibilities
• Design and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok (primary focus: Meta; Pinterest experience is a plus).
• Track performance, manage budgets, and hit ROAS/CPA targets.
• Collaborate with the team to test, learn, and scale media-buying strategies.
• Communicate with teammates to optimize spend and drive growth.
Requirements
1) Practical hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok (Pinterest is a plus).
2) Proven, hands-on experience in e-commerce for Shopify stores with monthly budgets of $50,000+ and demonstrated scaling results.
3) Experience with Tier-1 markets.
4) English B2/С1+ with clear communication.
5) Proficiency with Triple Whale, Hyros, GA4 or similar.
6) High self-organization, ownership, and proactive mindset.
