Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with US market experience who will be responsible for the development of creative concepts and turning them into clear briefs for design and UGC production.Format
- Project-based, part-time.
Plan: +/-5–10 concepts per week, each with up to 3 creative variations.
What you’ll do
- Develop creative concepts (hooks/angles) for a US audience.
- Prepare clear briefs for designers and UGC creators: idea, structure, key frames/lines, references, CTA, format requirements.
- Run creative research: use spy-tools, collect references, shape hypotheses and best-in-class selections.
Outline scenario frameworks for video/static and deliver executable, unambiguous specs.
What we expect
- Hands-on experience in creative strategy for performance or brand creatives targeting the US market.
- Ability to think in concepts and translate them into structured briefs.
- Skill in tasking designers/editors/UGC creators and ensuring output alignment.
English at a level sufficient for professional correspondence and materials.
Nice to have (not required)
- Overseeing the visual layer of websites/landing pages and promos (banners, page logic).
- Joining team/client calls — possible and negotiable, but not mandatory.
- Taking on a full design/editing cycle if you have the skills (we have a creative designer, but we’re open to options).
