    We specialise in designing captivating websites and crafting distinctive digital branding for a wide variety of independent businesses throughout the country. Your pivotal role will involve thoughtfully reaching out to potential clients,  introducing our bespoke offerings, and expertly guiding leads through to successful project conversions. This position is all about fostering clear communication, building genuine trust with businesses, and making meaningful connections - absolutely no hard selling.

     

     

    The Opportunity: Uncapped Earning Potential

     

    This is a unique chance to build your own income, underpinned by a highly attractive commission structure.

     

    • Generous Commission: The payment for this role is entirely commission-based, structured to generously reward every successful conversion. Your earnings are uncapped and directly reflect your success.
    • Path to a Retainer: Based on sustained high performance and a demonstrated commitment to the role, there is a clear pathway and strong potential to transition to a future role that includes a fixed base salary or retainer.
    • Full Support: We provide all the necessary outreach tools, comprehensive training, and continuous creative/technical support from our dedicated team.

     

     

    Your Responsibilities

     

    • Client Identification: Proactively identify and establish contact with potential clients across the UK using all ethical and effective means available (email, calling, networking, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Compelling Outreach: Compose compelling, personalised outreach emails or messages, diligently follow up, and meticulously track all leads and interest.
    • Articulate Value: Articulate Northstack's services with clarity and confidence, ensuring prospective clients fully grasp our bespoke value proposition.
    • Lead Conversion: Skillfully nurture and guide promising leads through the sales pipeline, converting them into confirmed projects.
    • Query Handling: Address fundamental client queries regarding our offerings (full creative and technical support is provided by our dedicated team).

     

     

    About You

     

    • Exceptional Communicator: Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (a minimum B2 level is required).
    • Confident and Engaging: Maintain a confident, engaging, and professional manner when communicating with UK-based customers.
    • Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated, impeccably reliable, and entirely comfortable working autonomously to achieve targets.
    • Professional Approach: Maintain a friendly and professional approach at all times, aligning with our 'trust-first' philosophy.
    • Availability: Ability to overlap effectively with UK time zones for seamless client and team communication.
    • Background (Beneficial): Previous experience in sales, marketing, design, or web development is beneficial, though certainly not essential - we value the right attitude and approach above all else.

    We specialise in designing websites and developing digital branding for small independent businesses throughout the country. 

     

    Your role will be reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and guiding leads through to successful conversions. This position is all about clear communication, building genuine trust with businesses, and making connections - no hard selling.

     

    Your Responsibilities

     

    • Client Search: Identify and establish contact with potential clients across the UK using all ethical and effective means available (email, calling, networking, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Outreach: Compose personalised outreach emails or messages, follow-ups, and track the leads status.
    • Building Relationships: Help the client solve their problem, not just sell the product. We are building strong long-term cooperation and trust. 
    • Lead Conversion: Manage and guide the leads, converting them into confirmed projects.
