About EVE
EVE is an AI Revenue Operator for small businesses — turning inbox chaos into revenue.
Most SMBs still run their sales through email and RFQ forms, not CRMs — and lose 20–30% of potential revenue simply because follow-ups get missed or leads go stale.
EVE connects directly to a company’s inbox, finds those hidden opportunities, and helps teams close them automatically.
We’re backed by top investors including Firsthand VC, a16z Scout, Acquisition.com Ventures, Founders Future and the founders of Slack, Hugging Face and G2 — and we’re just getting started.
The Mission
Lead and scale EVE’s go-to-market engine. You’ll take early, founder-led momentum — hundreds of SMBs on the waitlist and first paying customers and case studies, and turn it into a repeatable, compounding growth system. This is a rare chance to join a company with a great product, a world-class founding team, and massive category potential, right at the inflection point.

About the Role
We are building a centralized operations function to support a group of companies that includes EVE, Rebel Capital, and 3DLOOK.
Today, these companies face many of the same operational challenges — HR, recruiting, legal workflows, finance coordination, security, documentation, and internal processes — but they address them independently. This leads to duplicated effort, inconsistent execution, and unnecessary load on leadership.
As Head of Operations, you will design, build, and run a shared operational foundation across the group. Your mandate is to create scalable systems, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure that operations run predictably as the companies grow.
This is a systems-building and ownership role, not an administrative one. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the group and take on increasing responsibility as the operating platform scales.
Responsibilities:
- Improve and scale core operational functions, including HR, recruiting, legal operations, security, and internal processes across all companies.
- Design repeatable systems and workflows that support rapid growth without increasing executive overhead.
- Own HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, people policies, and performance processes.
- Establish and manage recruiting operations across product, engineering, and service teams.
- Coordinate legal operations by working with external counsel and managing contracts, documentation, and corporate workflows.
- Support operational security and compliance processes, including audit preparation and ongoing evidence management.
- Partner with finance leadership to support invoicing, payroll workflows, and vendor operations.
- Translate leadership priorities into clear execution plans and ensure consistent follow-through across teams.
- Build, improve and maintain SOPs, documentation, and clear ownership across all operational areas.
- Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and single points of failure and resolve them proactively.
- Standardize tools, processes, and execution where appropriate across the group to reduce duplication and improve efficiency.
- Ensure leadership experiences operations as reliable, predictable, and low-friction.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar roles in fast-growing companies.
- Proven experience building or improving HR, recruiting, and legal processes from scratch and scaling them over time.
- Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership teams.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to design processes that scale across multiple teams or companies.
- Comfort operating across multiple functions and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High level of ownership, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Nice to have: experience in service-based or hybrid product-and-service companies.
Growth Opportunity:
This role is designed to grow with the organization. As the group scales, there is an opportunity to expand this function into a broader shared-services or platform model, with increased scope, leadership responsibility, and long-term impact.

About the Role
We are building a centralized operations function to support a group of companies that includes EVE, Rebel Capital, and 3DLOOK

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on ownership of core operational functions, including HR, recruiting, legal operations, security, and internal processes across all companies. This role is execution-first, not advisory.
- Improve and scale operational foundations by personally designing, implementing, and running systems and workflows that support rapid growth without increasing executive overhead.
- Build and deliver AI-powered automation as a distinct operational service, identifying high-leverage opportunities to automate workflows across HR, finance, legal, onboarding, reporting, and internal operations.
- Design repeatable, automation-first systems that reduce manual work, eliminate bottlenecks, and increase speed, accuracy, and consistency across the group.
- Own HR operations end-to-end, including onboarding, offboarding, people policies, performance processes, and tooling — with a strong focus on automation and self-serve workflows.
- Establish and manage recruiting operations across product, engineering, and service teams, including tooling, pipelines, coordination, and process optimization.
- Coordinate legal operations by working directly with external counsel and hands-on managing contracts, documentation, compliance workflows, and corporate filings.
- Support operational security and compliance processes, including audit preparation, control tracking, and ongoing evidence management, leveraging automation wherever possible.
- Partner closely with finance leadership on invoicing, payroll workflows, vendor management, and operational reporting, ensuring processes are reliable and scalable.
- Translate leadership priorities into concrete execution plans, personally driving implementation and ensuring consistent follow-through across teams.
- Build, improve, and maintain SOPs, documentation, and clear ownership across all operational areas, with a bias toward simplicity and automation.
- Proactively identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and single points of failure, and personally drive solutions before they become issues.
- Standardize tools, processes, and execution across the group to reduce duplication, improve efficiency, and enable automation at scale.
- Ensure leadership experiences operations as reliable, predictable, low-friction, and increasingly automated.

About EVE
EVE is an AI Revenue Operator for small businesses — turning inbox chaos into revenue.
Most SMBs still run sales through email and RFQ forms, not CRMs — and lose 20–30% of potential revenue simply because leads go stale or follow-ups get missed.
EVE connects directly to the inbox, uncovers hidden opportunities, and helps teams close revenue automatically — with no setup, no CRM, no heavy process.
We’re backed by Firsthand VC, a16z Scout, Acquisition.com Ventures, Founders Future, and founders of Slack, Hugging Face, and G2 — and we’re just getting started.
Main Goal:
Build EVE’s product-led go-to-market engine from the ground up.
You’ll take early founder-led momentum — strong usage signals, early paid customers — and turn it into repeatable activation, conversion, and growth loops.
This is not a “brand marketer” or “strategy-only” role.
This is a hands-on PLG role where speed, copy quality, and experimentation matter more than decks.
This role is NOT for you if:
- You prefer long planning cycles over weekly shipping and iteration
- You mainly operate as a solo contributor without tight collaboration with the team
- You don’t enjoy writing copy daily (outreach, lifecycle, founder content)
- You need a fully defined scope before acting
You optimize for polish over learning speed
What You’ll Do
1. Build & Scale the Product-Led Growth Engine
- Design and run weekly growth experiments across
- Identify repeatable PLG motions that drive trials, demos, and paid conversions
- Work closely with Product to define PQLs, activation events, and aha moments
2. Own Messaging, Copy & Storytelling (High Output Required)
- Write and iterate outbound sequences (email + LinkedIn) with measurable results
- Create lifecycle emails, landing pages, and in-product messaging
- Turn product insights and customer behavior into sharp, relatable narratives
- Expected output: 10–20 pieces/week (short-form counts)
Copy quality and speed are core success metrics for this role.
3. Amplify Founder-Led Growth
- Turn founder insight and traction into scalable growth assets:
- LinkedIn posts, short-form video, carousels, case stories
- Build a repeatable system for founder-led distribution (not one-offs)
- Translate customer wins and insights into inbound demand
4. Community, Partnerships & Loops
- Build partnerships with complementary tools serving the same SMB audience
- Experiment with referral and viral loops (e.g. “Sent by EVE”)
- Engage SMB communities (Slack, Reddit, niche groups) with value-first content
Identify underpriced, unconventional channels early — and test fast
What You Bring:
Must-haves
- 5+ years in growth / GTM roles at fast-moving SaaS or PLG startups
- Strong PLG experience
- Proven ability to write high-quality copy fast (outreach + content)
- Comfortable owning strategy and execution end-to-end
- Experience working closely with founders in early-stage environments
- Strong team operator: communicates clearly, asks for help early, gives feedback
Bonus
- SMB or non-technical audience experience
- AI, productivity, or workflow tools
Founder-led or community-driven growth motions
What Success Looks Like
First 45 days
- Clear ICP prioritization backed by data
- 3–5 validated growth or activation loops
- Strong baseline lifecycle messaging live
- Founder-led content system running weekly
3-6 months
- Repeatable PLG engine driving revenue
- Clear positioning in 1–2 core SMB segments
- Scaled channels with known unit economics
- Team expansion as leverage (not replacement)
