Now we are looking for a Finance / Accounting Specialist to manage financial operations for a company based in Hungary.

Format: remote
Salary: from $700 (~30 000 UAH) + 

Responsibilities:
• manage internal financial accounting
• process payments, invoices, and expenses
• work with banks and payment systems
• prepare financial reports for management
• control income, expenses, and budgeting
• communicate with contractors and partners
• manage financial documentation for a foreign company

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• experience with foreign companies OR working in Hungary
• strong knowledge of Hungarian accounting & tax legislation
• understanding of international payments and currency operations
• attention to detail and responsibility
• Excel / Google Sheets skills

Nice to have:
• Hungarian language
• experience with international banks
• background in IT or e-commerce

A fast-growing international product company is looking for an experienced professional to build and scale its affiliate and partnership channel. The product helps companies in industries such as Gambling, Trading, Fintech and Gaming convert more traffic and leads through popular messaging platforms.

The role focuses on developing a strong partner ecosystem and turning affiliates, media buyers, and networks into a scalable and predictable acquisition channel.
 

Responsibilities

• Build and launch a partner and affiliate program from scratch.
• Source, onboard, and manage affiliates, affiliate networks, agencies, and traffic owners.
• Develop and negotiate partnership deals including CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models.
• Create partner playbooks: funnels, offers, scripts, creatives, and tracking links to help partners scale.
• Work closely with product, tech, and analytics teams to track performance and improve traffic quality.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance, scaling the most effective sources.
• Build long-term relationships with key partners and industry players.
• Participate in industry events and conferences, particularly in Dubai and other key markets.
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
• Strong network within affiliate, media buying, or traffic acquisition communities.
• Experience working with CPA, RevShare, and hybrid partnership models.
• Understanding of lead generation and traffic monetization.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in industries such as iGaming, Trading, Crypto, Fintech, or Gaming will be a strong advantage.

What You Will Own

• Full marketing strategy: performance, product marketing, brand, lifecycle
• Building and managing a lean, high-output marketing team

Key Responsibilities:
– Launch and optimize white-hat campaigns on Facebook and TikTok for the U.S. market
