💼 Your mission:

To make every customer feel supported, understood, and empowered.

To build trust, deliver clarity, and become a go-to person for all things JetOctopus.

🧩 What you’ll do:

Be the first point of contact for our clients — friendly, fast, and professional

Build strong, long-term relationships with users (mostly SEO professionals & agencies)

Help clients get the most out of our platform — through proactive communication, onboarding, and support. 

Gather feedback, identify friction points, and turn them into actionable insights

Monitor accounts, flag issues before they arise, and help resolve them smoothly

Work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to align customer needs with company goals

🎯 We’re looking for someone who:

- Speaks and writes flawless English (C1–C2)

- Is highly empathetic and people-focused

- Has great communication skills — warm, clear, proactive

- Is tech-savvy and curious about SEO/SaaS products

- Can stay organized while handling many interactions

- Has at least 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Success / CX (ideally in tech or SaaS)

About the company
JetOctopus is an SEO crawler and log analyzer without limits. Founded in 2018, it can crawl up to 250 pages per second and, therefore, is the fastest crawler in the market.

JetOctopus is European and Global search awards finalist. We're actively developing and leveraging our SaaS product and expanding a number of our clients.

Навички:

- PHP 8

- ООП та паттерни

- GIT

- Yii2 або інший нормальний MVC фреймворк

- досвід від 3 років

Проект:

Зрілий проект з комплексом технологій: в основі Golang в бекенді, порядка десятка мікросервісів, котрий займаються краулінгом, аналізом та обробкою даних. Кожний день прилітають десятки гігабайт даних та ~1 млрд запитів.

Друга частина це клієнтське UI з PHP в бекенді, котра відмальовує десятки різних репортів з сотнями графіків таблиць. Основий челендж - це робота з даними, оптимальні виборки з бази і як все це все покази користувачу, аби було щось ще зрозуміло.

Основна специфіка роботи - це обʼєми даних, 100ТБ+. Система побудована таким чином, щоби взаємодія ішла у реальному часі, практично без предагрегацій та очікування для юзера. Все працює на реальному залізі, без cloud.

Що робити:

Основний фокус - рісерч та фіксинг багів, прилетівших від клієнтів, допомога в саппорті. Робота з клієнтським даними, налаштування і запуск інтеграцій з неосяжним зоопарком технологій AWS Cloudfront, Cloudflare, Azure, BigQuery та багато іншого. Відвідування мітінгів з тех командами клієнтів для інтеграцій систем, спілкування в пошті.

Друге - це робота над проектом з досвідченими колегами, розробка нових фічей, покращення старих і т.п.

Це гарна можливість отримати досвід з великими даними, навантаженою системою, різними технологіями та спілкування з людьми. Для тих хто розуміє, що продукт створюється не для того, аби програмістам було що кодити, а для рішення проблем клієнтів.
