Key Responsibilities:
1. 1. Preparing Descriptions for New Features:
Collaborate with Product managers, Designers, and the Development team to analyze and describe new features.
Create detailed User Stories, including use case scenarios, acceptance criteria, and visualizations.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements for new features.
Monitor changes in requirements, update documentation, and communicate their impact to the team.
Support the team at all project stages, providing clarification and answering questions on requirements.
Develop specifications for technical implementation.
2. 2. Documenting Existing Functionality:
Analyze and systematize existing features and workflows.
Prepare clear, concise technical and user documentation.
Continuously update and improve existing materials to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
3. 3. Creating and Formatting User Stories:
Utilize visualization tools (diagrams, user flow charts, etc.) to illustrate user stories and business processes.
Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and understandable for all team members, including non-technical stakeholders.
4. 4. Supporting the Documentation Process:
Maintain a consolidated knowledge base for the project, ensuring easy access and accuracy.
Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and requirements for consistency and quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to create clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation.
• Experience in writing User Stories and working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Understanding of SDLC
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, FigJam, Miro (графічні редактори та будування діаграм) or similar platforms. Familiarity with creating sequence diagrams and other technical diagrams to illustrate system flows.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information, organizing and structuring it logically and efficiently.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills
• English B1+ written
• Ability to provide examples of requirement documentation or process modeling.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in creating visual materials like diagrams, prototypes, and workflows.
• Technical background

CRM Manager Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement CRM strategy (retention, reactivation, LTV growth)
2. Segment player base and manage the full customer journey
3. Launch and optimize CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App)
4. Personalize communications and bonus offers
5. Set up and manage trigger-based flows (onboarding, deposit, churn, winback)
6. Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns
7. Analyze key metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPU, Conversion) and prepare reports
8. Manage bonus system and control its efficiency (ROI, abuse prevention)
9. Work with VIP and high-value player segments
10. Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams

Hard Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention (preferably in iGaming)
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Smartico, Optimove, Apuesta etc.)
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle, segmentation (RFM, behavioral)
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App,Robot)
• Knowledge of bonus mechanics and promotional strategies
• Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPU, Conversion)
• A/B testing and campaign optimization experience
• Basic SQL / analytics tools (Power BI)
• Understanding of anti-fraud / bonus abuse mechanics
• Knowledge of compliance and responsible gaming principles

We are seeking a highly skilled Anti-Fraud manager to spearhead fraud detection efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud prevention and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Real-time monitoring and analysis of player activity, including deposits, withdrawals, bets, gaming patterns, and behavioral data.
• Detection and investigation of suspicious activities such as bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, chargebacks, money laundering (AML), and other fraud schemes.
• Working with the verification system: review of KYC documents, verification of payment methods and Source of Funds analysis.
• Analysis of fraud incidents, preparation of reports, and development of recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Monitoring fraud trends in the iGaming industry and proposing improvements.

Work Schedule: 5-Day Rotating Schedule (8-hour shifts)

Option A: Working days — Sunday + Monday + Tuesday + Wednesday + Thursday Option B: Working days — Tuesday + Wednesday + Thursday + Friday + Saturday

5 working days per week with 8-hour shifts and 2 consecutive days off.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in anti-fraud, fraud prevention, or risk management within the iGaming / online casino
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Readiness to work on a weekend-priority schedule (Saturday or Sunday as regular working days)
• Experience with anti-fraud and KYC tools will be considered a strong advantage.
