Intro:

ITSUA is a web development agency that builds a wide range of sites and web applications for clients worldwide. We’re seeking a skilled, self-motivated QA tester who can adapt quickly to new contexts and work effectively both independently and within a small, cross-functional team.

Important: please don't contact if you expect higher salary, it's full-time position with defined salary; once contacted, you'll be provided a small test task that is required.

Must-have:

• Understanding how internet works
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• At least some commercial experience testing modern web applications
• Ability to write detailed, reproducible bug reports and test documentation
• English: B1 level or higher
• Proven self-discipline: plan your day, meet deadlines, and switch context smoothly
• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset 

Nice-to-have:

• Experience testing APIs with Postman or similar tools
• Automated testing
• Basic knowledge of databases (running queries, checking data integrity)
• Familiarity with performance and security testing concepts

We’re seeking a skilled, self-motivated developer with strong UX/UI skills who can adapt quickly to new contexts and work effectively both independently and within a small, cross-functional team.

Please make sure you match all must-have skills before applying. Please provide 2-3 links of sites you did yourself without Figma/Photoshop or with just one main page as a reference for all pages.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain responsive, modern web interfaces using HTML, CSS and modern frontend tech stack
• Make sure our web pages don’t just work, but look and feel right
• Turn designs and ideas into clean, responsive layouts that users enjoy
• Keep an eye on the details - spacing, alignment, colors, typography - the little things that make interfaces pleasant
• Use common UX/UI principles (and your own good taste) to ensure everything is intuitive and user-friendly
• Fix anything that looks “off” and polish the product until it feels consistent and professional
• Work together with designers and developers to bring out the best possible user experience

Must-have

• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid) and modern responsive layout techniques
• Tailwind CSS and/or another CSS frameworks
• Strong understanding of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• A sharp eye for design, typography, spacing, and color balance
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to apply them in practice
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and ability to work with mockups

Nice-to-have

• JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Vue, PrimeVue, Astro
• Experience with Strapi or another headless CMS
• Confident Git usage
• English: B2 level or higher
