    We are now looking for a Lead Generation Manager to build and scale our client acquisition process and become a key part of our team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain ICP company lists.
    • Research and verify decision-maker information, including direct contacts.
    • Write and personalize outreach messages.
    • Keep CRM (HubSpot) and tracking sheets up to date.
    • Analyze markets and craft ICPs.
    • Work with automation tools (LinkedHelper, Snov.io, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Clay) and AI prompts.
    • Test new tools and approaches to improve the lead generation flow.
    • Brainstorm and collaborate with the team.


    Requirements:

    • 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation.
    • Understanding of the outsourcing/staff augmentation business model.
    • English level B2+ (clear written communication, with or without tools like ChatGPT or Grammarly).
    • Experience with LinkedIn and email outreach.
    • Strong research and information-organization skills.
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to large volumes of information.
    • High attention to detail and responsibility when handling repetitive tasks.
    • Proficiency with automation tools (LinkedHelper, Snov.io, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Clay).
    • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot).
    • Excellent ICP-building skills: ability to form hypotheses, write custom sequences, and identify key market trends.
