Business Development Manager / Sales Manager (IT Services)

Level: Senior (Middle+)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our international team with a policy of freedom, development, and shared values. 

We are an AI-driven software development company that builds our software products and provides custom software development services to the international market. We work with the TOP 500 Fortune companies, Enterprises, Governmental organizations, and growing startups. 

We are happy to invite a candidate who is ready to close deals in cooperation with our local representatives in North America, marketing specialists, designers, and tech teams, and ready to invest their knowledge and energy into driving the growth of the business together.

 

Your mission is to create value for both the company and the clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals, and offering them the best solutions. 

Responsibilities

Sales & Deal Management

• Work with qualified outbound leads generated via:
  • AI SDR,
  • local SDRs (North America),
  • partner, and warm channels.
• Conduct initial meetings and calls with potential clients.
• Manage deals from the first contact to contract signing.
• Lead negotiations and agree on commercial terms.
• Close B2B IT service deals.
   

Collaboration

• Work closely with delivery and technical teams during presales.
• Align on proposals, scope, and estimates  (technical estimation is handled by delivery teams).
• Ensure a smooth transition after deal closure.
   

Client Touchpoints After Closing

• Support smooth onboarding during the first months after the deal starts.

• Participate in light account management and upsell conversations when relevant
  (Delivery owns day-to-day project execution).

   

Requirements

Must-have

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in IT services.
• Proven experience closing deals (not only lead generation).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage own sales pipeline.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Readiness to work regularly with North America time zone clients.
   

Nice-to-have

• Experience working with AI SDR tools or outbound automation.
• Experience collaborating closely with delivery and technical teams.
• Background in IT outsourcing or custom software development.

Time zone expectations

• Regular client calls between 5:00–7:00 PM Kyiv time.
• Occasional later calls may occur.

About the Role
We are looking for a junior+ level Manual QA who will also support delivery coordination on small to mid-sized projects.
The role focuses on hands-on manual testing combined with day-to-day tasks and delivery coordination. It requires ownership, structured thinking, and strong attention to detail, but it is not a senior PM or BA position.

Responsibilities

• Manual testing of product functionality and user flows.
• Quality control of releases.
• Bug reproduction, reporting, and tracking.
• Maintaining test cases and basic QA documentation.
• Coordinating tasks, priorities, and delivery status.
• Communicating with developers, tech leads, and product stakeholders.

• Keeping project information clear and structured.

   

Requirements

• Experience in manual QA.
• Experience coordinating tasks or people (QA, PM, delivery, or similar roles).
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Responsibility, reliability, and follow-through.

• Ability to work with multiple tasks or projects in parallel.

   

Nice to Have

• Business Analysis or requirements clarification experience.
• Experience working with multiple projects.
• English (not required for all tasks, but useful for future growth).

PHP Fullstack Developer (Middle+ / Senior) з сильним бекенд-мисленням, який:

• впевнено працює з чистим SQL (без ORM як основи)
• думає архітектурно, а не тільки «закриває задачі»
• швидко входить у контекст і бере відповідальність
  
   

Що ти будеш робити:

• будувати backend продукту з нуля
• впливати на архітектурні рішення, а не просто реалізовувати
• працювати з MySQL: запити, індекси, оптимізація
• інтегрувати зовнішні API
• реалізовувати frontend по готових дизайнах (без React)
• писати unit-тести
• використовувати AI-інструменти для прискорення розробки

• досвід проєктування архітектури. Domain Driven Design. Layered Architecture

• самостійність у технічних рішеннях

• досвід запуску MVP в прод
• event-driven підхід
• продуктовий майндсет (розуміння навіщо, а не лише як)
• досвід інтеграцій з різними REST API

Про роль

Ми шукаємо Project Manager / Delivery Coordinator, який має практичний досвід у Manual QA та базове розуміння Business Analysis.
Це hands-on роль, де важливі структура, відповідальність і вміння тримати процес під контролем  а не формальні PM-фреймворки.

Must-have

• Досвід у Manual QA
• Досвід у координації людей або задач (PM, QA Lead, Delivery, Team Coordinator тощо)
• Висока уважність до деталей, педантичність
• Відповідальність і вміння доводити задачі до завершення

• Структурне мислення та любов до порядку

   

Nice-to-have

• Досвід або інтерес до Business Analysis
• Робота з кількома проєктами паралельно
• Навички написання документації
• Англійська мова (не критично на старті, але важливо для росту)

Ми шукаємо QA Automation Engineer для проєкту у сфері Data Management.
Продукт працює з великими обсягами даних і допомагає компаніям оптимізувати внутрішні процеси. Команда розширюється, тому зараз шукаємо спеціаліста, який буде відповідати за автоматизоване тестування бекенду та фронтенду і працювати з тестами як частиною загальної якості системи.

Наші очікування

• Досвід роботи як QA Automation Engineer
• Досвід роботи з unit-тестами — must have: розуміння підходу, вміння читати/аналізувати покриття та за потреби підтримувати/доповнювати unit-тести разом із командою
• Досвід автоматизації API та UI
• Уміння читати код і працювати з тестами на рівні кодової бази

• Англійська  для робочої комунікації

   

Буде плюсом

• Досвід з Cypress / Selenium / Playwright
• Досвід роботи з data-орієнтованими продуктами
• Участь у побудові або розвитку тестових фреймворків
