Snoika is the results-driven AI Marketing Engine that guarantees 5+ qualified inbound leads per week for B2B companies while making them visible in both AI and traditional search engines. Our platform fuses cutting-edge knowledge-graph analytics, large-language-model (LLM) optimization and high-quality content pipelines to out-rank expensive legacy SEO and GEO agencies at a fraction of the cost.

What you'll do: 
- Create the articles due to expected topics;
- Fix the existing articles to them become more relevant and strong;
- Propose the new topics to the content plans due to your analysis;

What we're looking for: 
- 1+ years of experience in marketing copywriting and working with the website blog posts;
- Comfort working in an Agile/Scrum environment, shipping to production every sprint;
- A desire to grow with AI-models, n8n, and different LLM's;
- Startup DNA: you bias to action, navigate ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end;

- Good spoken English; any other language is a bonus;

We are looking for a full-stack product developer for Estonian startup Snoika, who can build, ship, and maintain AI-powered features and internal tools. You’ll be the bridge between engineering, product, and non-technical teams - turning ideas into fully working agentic flows, prototypes, and customer-facing functionality. This is not a “task executor” role. This is a “build fast, think big, and own your product” role.

Snoika is the AI marketing engine helping brands become visible inside AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok). We’re looking for a Marketing Automation & AI Engineer who can build, automate, and scale AI-powered marketing workflows.

Snoika is an AI marketing engine helping companies become findable inside AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. We work with startups and global enterprises, including companies serving Fortune 2000 clients, to create their brand context inside LLMs and deliver guaranteed inbound leads.

We’re building the future of AI-driven marketing: automated content systems, AI visibility engines, agentic workflows, structured data pipelines, and scalable publishing stacks.

You will:

• Build automation flows in n8n or Dify for content generation, publishing, scraping, monitoring & LLM evaluation: text, video, images.
• Automate Snoika’s core engine workflows.
• Automate mass-publishing.
• Collaborate with content, SEO, and product teams to integrate AI agents into workflows.
• Experiment rapidly. Ship fast. Break things. Iterate even faster.

Technical Skills

• Have hands-on experience with n8n or Dify (must have at least one), building and maintaining real automation flows.
• Know LangGraph and LangSmith, or are extremely motivated to learn them fast.
• Understand how LLMs, prompts, context windows, RAG, embeddings, and agentic workflows operate.
• Use ChatGPT every day (not Google).
• Can debug AI workflows, prompt structures, hallucinations & evaluation failures.
• Can work with APIs, JSON, webhooks, scraping tools, and structured data.
• Know the basics of SEO, content architecture, indexing, schema & technical SEO signals.

Marketing Understanding

You don’t need to be a marketer — but you must understand the mechanics of:

• SEO & indexing
• Content production
• Paid ads basics
• Social media distribution
• Video & image workflows
• Lead generation
• Analytics

Bonus Points

• Background in an agency (SEO / SMM / marketing automation / AI content).
• Experience with scraping frameworks (Playwright, Selenium).
