We’re looking for a hands-on Email Automation & Deliverability Specialist who can combine marketing logic, automation, analytics, and technical email knowledge. You will own the performance and reliability of email as a channel: improving deliverability, building lifecycle automation, segmenting users intelligently, and using data to continuously improve results. This role is for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution — from domain health and sender reputation to flow logic, copy structure, and campaign optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and optimize trigger-based email flows for different user segments.
• Create automated lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, reactivation, retention, follow-ups, nurture flows, and transactional communication.
• Identify key user actions and turn them into relevant automated email journeys.
• Improve email deliverability across domains, senders, and campaigns.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, email automation, lifecycle marketing, or email deliverability.
• Hands-on experience building automated and trigger-based email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability fundamentals including sender reputation, bounce rate, spam complaints, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain health, and blacklist monitoring.
• Experience working with ESPs or email automation platforms such as SendPulse, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze email performance metrics and turn insights into practical improvements.

Role overview
We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to own the search growth layer of our business across both classic SEO and AI search visibility. You will build a true keyword strategy for the niche, improve technical foundations, strengthen our visibility in AI search, and make sure high-intent commercial pages attract qualified non-branded traffic. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can connect strategy, execution, reporting, and business outcomes — not someone who treats SEO as a narrow content or backlink function.

We are looking for a Product Manager to ensure we always build the most valuable things for our marketplace — measured in money, not opinion. You will own the outward half of the product: users, market, and the "what and why." Working closely with a Product Owner who owns delivery ("how and when"), your job is to make sure not a single sprint is spent on something that does not move LTV, margin, or retention.

Requirements

3+ years in B2B SaaS or marketplaces, with clear examples of metrics you moved and can prove.

Strong understanding of unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback, and contribution margin.

Hands-on user research experience with real synthesis work behind it.

Ability to tie product ideas to measurable upside before development starts.

Experience pulling and working with your own data using SQL, Amplitude, BigQuery, or similar tools.

English C1+; your users are American real estate investors, and communication needs to be sharp and clear.

What You'll Be Doing

Talk to users constantly: buyers, power accounts, and churned users — and turn conversations into decisions, not decks.

Own platform improvement broadly across onboarding, buying experience, lead quality, retention, and monetization. Find the weakest link, fix it, then move to the next.

Own the unit economics of every bet by tying each brief to LTV, CAC payback, margin per lead, or revenue per active user. If you cannot put a number on the upside, it is not a brief yet.

Model value before anything is built, using rough sizing of expected impact so engineering time goes to things that move money, not things that only feel nice.

Write one-page briefs built around problem, evidence, and expected impact, then hand them off and trust the execution.

Ship experiments weekly, kill failures fast, and scale winners.

Pull your own data directly; there should be no analyst between you and the truth.

Track competitor changes closely and know what they shipped before users tell you.

This is not for you if

You measure success in features shipped.

You cannot tie a feature to a number.

You want to manage the sprint and own the delivery. That is a different role.

What we expect from you (first 3 months)

We do not do long onboarding. Access on day one, context in days, a real problem in week one. We hire people who create value with incomplete information, because that is the job every day after probation too.

End of month 1: you know the platform as a real user does because you have used it like one; you have mapped the weakest points in the funnel, ranked with evidence and value; and you have handed off your first accepted brief.

End of month 3 (the bar): multiple shipped changes with measurable results you can defend, with at least one of them moving a core metric such as activation, churn, LQS, or revenue per user. A live experiment pipeline exists so something is always being tested. Your validated brief backlog is deep enough that the team never waits on you for direction. We trust your "this is worth building" without re-checking it.

How We Work With You: We use honest checkpoints at 2 weeks, 1 month, and 2 months. We judge trajectory, not perfection. Wrong fast and corrected beats slow and safe. If the fit is wrong, both sides should know by month 2 and say it out loud.

What You'll Be Doing

Take product briefs and decompose them into shippable increments. A 3-week ticket is a planning failure, and it is yours.

Own the backlog end-to-end: acceptance criteria, edge cases, definition of done, all in place before an engineer touches anything.

Weigh every increment against its cost: engineering effort vs expected value and cost of delay. Cheap and high-value ships first; expensive and speculative waits.

Prioritize with a visible score, not a feeling. Anyone can challenge it; you defend it with numbers.

Own communication outward: founders, sales, support, and the PM always know what's shipping, what's next, and what changed, without anyone interrupting the team to ask.

Keep the team unblocked and own the delivery numbers (cycle time, predictability, carryover, QA flow) as tools to spot problems early. Hygiene, not the mission.

Push back on the PM when a brief is not buildable. That friction is the system working.

We are looking for a cold call team director to spin up a call center that will be used to supplement existing volume of call leads we get from vendors, help us closer understand issues our vendors go through, and obtain leads in historically more difficult regions than our call providers have been supplying us with.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Build the cold calling operation from scratch, including structure, hiring plan, and processes
Hire, train, and manage callers, team leads, and QA as the team scales from 2–3 to 30–50+ people
Design and optimize dialing strategy, number rotation, warm-up, and deliverability to maintain high connect rates
Set up and improve lead qualification standards to ensure every lead is marketplace-ready and compliant
Monitor performance metrics (connect rate, leads per caller, rejection rate, cost per lead) and act on them daily
Work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate dialer, CRM, and lead pipelines
Run real-time coaching and performance management during US calling hours to improve team output and quality

What Makes You a Strong Fit:
5+ years of hands-on experience in cold calling operations, preferably in real estate wholesaling
Proven track record building or scaling outbound calling teams (10–50+ callers) from scratch
Deep understanding of dialing systems, number reputation, spam flagging, and call deliverability
