IMPORTANT: We are considering candidates who are either currently located in Kyiv or open to relocation to Kyiv.

Additionally, the candidate must be eligible to travel outside of Ukraine and be available for a temporary assignment of up to 6 months in Tallinn. During this period, the company will fully support business travel, including regular trips home (approximately every 3–4 weeks), with all travel expenses covered.

About the Role 
We are looking for a talented developer with experience in Android or Linux-based application development, particularly in creating custom solutions for specialised ticketing hardware. You will be working on diverse projects, including vehicle control units, handheld ticket validation devices, POS systems, and more, using technologies like Android SDK, Kotlin, Linux, and MQTT to build seamless, high-performance solutions. 
 
You are welcome to apply if you have: 

• Solid development experience in Android/Kotlin (or excellent coding skills in any other language and readiness to move to core Android). 
• Experience and interest in R&D with different hardware. 
• Ability to analyze tasks and offer solutions. 
• Ace through specs to get things up and running and integrated.

• Upper Intemediate level of English.

What would make you extra special: 

• Experience in certifying hardware and software (especially payment related). 
• Experience with embedded programming. 
• NFC and authentication or NDK experience.
• Experience with IoT, IP routing.
• Exposure to graalvm and/or Yocto Project.
• Deep understanding of Linux.

What you will be doing: 

• You will be developing applications for different Android or Linux based specialised ticketing hardware. For example: 
• Custom built central control unit for vehicles. 
• Driver device and control interface.  
• Different handheld units for ticket validation and selling. 
• Point-of-sale (POS) devices or peripheral devices.
• Most of the devices run standard Android OS and you will write (complex) business logic in Android (Kotlin) and native Android UIs. 
• Our Linux-based validator runs a customer-facing user interface written using the Angular.

We are currently looking for an experienced Data Engineer with Oracle experience to join an international project focused on modernizing data infrastructure and migrating an existing Data Warehouse environment to an Oracle Exadata platform.

The role involves long-term business trips or partial relocation to Oman.

Requirements

    •    5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or working with data platforms

    •    Strong experience with Oracle databases (development, optimization, or administration)

    •    Experience with ETL processes and tools

    •    Experience with Pentaho or similar ETL solutions

    •    Experience working with large-scale data environments

    •    Understanding of data modeling principles (DWH concepts, schemas)

    •    Experience with database monitoring and performance optimization

    •    Basic understanding of networking concepts

    •    Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

    •    English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities

    •    Analyze the existing Oracle-based data environment, including data flows and dependencies

    •    Design and implement data pipelines for data migration and transformation

    •    Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across systems

    •    Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in production environments

• Monitor database performance and optimize queries and storage structures
• Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to ensure proper connectivity and system integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in production environments
