    Responsibilities:

    • Implement new features and change requests
    • Building AI agents (front-end part)
    • Writing and maintaining end-to-end auto tests (Playwright)
    • Using Claude Code (and other GenAI tools/copilots) in everyday work to speed development
    • Fixing bugs
    • Participating in CrossCode Reviews
    • Applying Shape Up development methodology (previous experience is not required)
    • Collaborating with product managers, designers and backend engineers
    • Participate in on duty support (once every 2 weeks cycle)

     

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.
    • Experience writing and maintaining Playwright tests (or similar E2E frameworks)
    • Strong understanding of React hooks, component lifecycle, and state management
    • Confident user of git. Experience of working with pull-request
    • Ability to estimate tasks and meet deadlines, good time management
    • Experience collaborating with product, designers and backend engineers
    • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
    • Upper-intermediate English for everyday verbal and written communication

     

    Specific requirements:

    • Can work independently with minimal supervision
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and working under start-up pressures
    • Available for UK working hours
    • Like to use GenAI tools for software engineering
    • Rare (1-2 times a year) business trips to UK
