Role
We’re hiring an experienced OnlyFans Sales Manager with a proven creator network. You’ll bring in top creators, advise them on our solutions, and—if you wish—build and lead a small team of Sales Managers under you.
What you’ll do
- Source, pitch, and close HNW OnlyFans creators (mid-to-top tier).
- Diagnose creator needs (tax efficiency, payouts, corporate setup, cross-border banking, invoicing, bookkeeping, trust structures).
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → proposal → close → handoff.
- Maintain a personal pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM.
- Optionally hire, mentor, and manage a mini-team to scale your book.
- Collaborate with our legal/finance teams to craft bespoke packages.
Must-have
- Industry experience: 2+ years working directly with OnlyFans / creator economy (agencies, talent management, growth, or platform partnerships).
- Sales track record: consistent closings with measurable revenue.
- Network: existing relationships with creators and/or managers.
- Credibility & discretion: high trust, confidentiality, and compliance mindset.
- Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus.
