We are looking for a highly connected financial services / international finance professional to build a global network of independent ambassadors and referral partners.

Our clients are businesses and entrepreneurs who need solutions around international payments, crypto-to-fiat / fiat-to-crypto flows, cross-border finance, and international financial structuring.

Your Mission

Build and scale a distributed network of professionals who already advise and influence these clients:

• CFOs and fractional CFOs
• Accountants and accounting firms
• Tax and international structuring advisors
• Corporate service providers
• Crypto / fiat brokers and OTC professionals
• Wealth and financial consultants
• Other trusted intermediaries working with international businesses

Instead of building a traditional sales team, you will turn these professionals into ambassadors who introduce relevant clients from their existing networks.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit the first ambassadors through your own professional network
• Build a repeatable partner recruitment and onboarding model
• Develop commission and revenue-sharing structures
• Train partners on our products and ideal client profiles
• Manage and activate the ambassador network
• Expand the network internationally
• Track leads, conversions, revenue, and partner performance

Who We’re Looking For

You have 5+ years of experience in international finance, payments, accounting, tax advisory, corporate services, crypto/fiat infrastructure, or related industries.

Most importantly, you already have a strong network of CFOs, accountants, financial advisors, brokers, and international business professionals — and know how to turn relationships into a scalable distribution channel.

We are looking for a highly experienced Affiliate Marketing professional with a strong reputation, deep industry knowledge, and an extensive network across the affiliate marketing ecosystem.

This is not a traditional Affiliate Manager role.

Your mission will be to build and lead a distributed network of remote Affiliate Ambassadors who can introduce, promote, and sell our product to affiliate marketers, media buyers, affiliate teams, agencies, and other relevant players across the industry.

The Role

We are building a product specifically designed for the affiliate marketing industry and want to scale its distribution through people who already understand this market from the inside.

We are looking for someone who has spent years in affiliate marketing and knows:

• who the serious players are;
• where the strongest affiliate communities are;
• how affiliate teams operate;
• how media buyers make purchasing decisions;
• how relationships and reputation work in this industry;
• and, most importantly, how to recruit people who already have access to these networks.

Rather than building a traditional centralized sales team, you will create a distributed ambassador network consisting of experienced affiliate managers, former affiliate managers, industry connectors, community members, and other well-connected professionals.

Each ambassador will leverage their own relationships and network to generate customers.

Your responsibility is to build this network into a scalable acquisition channel.

What You Will Do

Build the ambassador network

Identify and recruit experienced affiliate managers and other well-connected people across key affiliate marketing markets and communities.

Create the operating model

Define how ambassadors work: territories or communities, lead ownership, attribution, commissions, incentives, reporting, communication, and performance expectations.

Activate existing industry relationships

Use your own network to recruit the first generation of ambassadors and establish credibility for the program.

Train ambassadors

Make sure every ambassador understands the product, its value proposition, ideal customer profile, positioning, objections, and sales process.

Drive performance

Track activity, introductions, qualified leads, conversions, revenue, and ambassador productivity.

Expand internationally

Build coverage across the most relevant affiliate marketing geographies, communities, conferences, agencies, media-buying teams, and traffic verticals.

Create a network effect

Your ultimate goal is not simply to manage affiliates yourself. It is to build a structure where strong people continuously bring in new customers — and where the ambassador network itself becomes a competitive distribution advantage.

Who We Are Looking For

You are likely a strong fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing
• Previously worked as a Senior Affiliate Manager, Head of Affiliates, Affiliate Director, Business Development Lead, or similar
• Have an extensive personal network within the affiliate marketing industry
• Personally know affiliate managers, media buyers, team owners, agencies, networks, and other industry decision-makers
• Understand the major affiliate verticals and how their ecosystems differ
• Have attended and built relationships through major affiliate conferences and communities
• Are comfortable recruiting, motivating, and managing people remotely
• Understand performance-based compensation and partner economics
• Can turn personal relationships into a structured and scalable distribution system
• Think like an entrepreneur rather than a corporate employee

What Success Looks Like

During the first stage, you recruit a core group of high-quality ambassadors from your existing network.

You then develop a repeatable model for recruiting, onboarding, activating, and managing them.

As the program scales, we expect to have dozens — and potentially hundreds — of active ambassadors globally, each with access to their own affiliate marketing networks.

The result should be a decentralized sales engine capable of generating a predictable flow of qualified customers.

We are not looking for someone to manage an existing affiliate program.

We are looking for someone who can build the distribution network itself.

If you have spent years in affiliate marketing, know the right people across the industry, and believe you can turn that network into a global sales force, we want to talk to you.

Your network is the starting point. Your ability to turn it into a scalable organization is the job.

We’re looking for a strong sales professional with real experience selling virtual card products and Banking-as-a-Service platforms. This person should understand the payments ecosystem well, know how to sell complex financial products, and be comfortable working with fast-moving online businesses.

A big plus is hands-on experience selling to affiliate marketers, media buyers, marketing teams, or clients operating in the performance marketing space.

What we expect:

• Proven experience in B2B sales of virtual cards, payment infrastructure, or BaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of the card issuing / banking / fintech landscape
• Ability to find, approach, and close high-value clients independently
• Confidence in speaking with founders, operators, and decision-makers
• Good understanding of affiliate marketing, traffic teams, media buying, or adjacent industries is a strong advantage
• Fluent English, strong communication, and commercial thinking

What this person will do:

• Build and manage pipeline from outreach to deal closure
• Sell virtual card and fintech infrastructure solutions to relevant clients
• Develop relationships with affiliates, agencies, media buying teams, and other high-volume users
• Work closely with the team on positioning, feedback, and growth opportunities

We need someone commercial, sharp, proactive, and genuinely familiar with this market — not a generic salesperson.
