    Role

    We’re hiring an experienced OnlyFans Sales Manager with a proven creator network. You’ll bring in top creators, advise them on our solutions, and—if you wish—build and lead a small team of Sales Managers under you.

     

    What you’ll do

     

    • Source, pitch, and close HNW OnlyFans creators (mid-to-top tier).
    • Diagnose creator needs (tax efficiency, payouts, corporate setup, cross-border banking, invoicing, bookkeeping, trust structures).
    • Own the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → proposal → close → handoff.
    • Maintain a personal pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM.
    • Optionally hire, mentor, and manage a mini-team to scale your book.
    • Collaborate with our legal/finance teams to craft bespoke packages.

     

     

    Must-have

     

    • Industry experience: 2+ years working directly with OnlyFans / creator economy (agencies, talent management, growth, or platform partnerships).
    • Sales track record: consistent closings with measurable revenue.
    • Network: existing relationships with creators and/or managers.
    • Credibility & discretion: high trust, confidentiality, and compliance mindset.
    • Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus.

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Retention Consultant with deep iGaming expertise to help us shape the foundation of the product.

    This is a part-time advisory role, ideal for a senior professional who understands player behavior and wants to influence a new industry-level solution.

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    1. Retention Framework & Architecture

    • Design a comprehensive retention structure applicable across casino sizes and geographies.

    • Develop core retention loops and lifecycle programs:

    • onboarding sequences

    • reactivation flows

    • anti-churn mechanisms

    • automated journeys

    • gamification layers

    • cashback / lossback systems

    2. VIP & High-Value Player Programs

    3. Economics & KPI Modeling

    • Create bonus cost models and retention economics.

    4. Productization & Automation

    • Translate retention concepts into product requirements:

    5. Advisory & Operational Input

    Requirements

     

    Must-have:

    • 3–5+ years in iGaming retention, CRM, player engagement, or VIP operations.

    • Strong understanding of player behavior, motivation, and segmentation.

    • Hands-on experience running retention campaigns (email, SMS, in-app, bonuses).

    • Proven expertise in VIP player management.

    • Comfort with analytics and KPIs (LTV, ARPU, DAU, churn, RFM).

    • Ability to turn retention strategies into actionable workflows.
