About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Upper-Middle level developer who will play a key role in the development and integration of solutions for our client. The product involves building an innovative cloud platform for secure data storage, management, and delivery, including video and educational content.
 

This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies, contribute to key architectural decisions, and be part of a fast-growing, real-world product.

Requirements:

• React – Experience with React for building interactive user interfaces.
• Ruby on Rails (version 7+) – Proficiency with Ruby on Rails for backend development.
• Postgres DB – Solid understanding of Postgres database and query optimization.
• Sidekiq – Experience with job scheduling and background job processing using Sidekiq.
• Tailwind CSS – Familiarity with Tailwind for utility-first CSS design.
• On top of the features listed here, we are also expanding into hosting video/training content created by the main business.
• ​Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Would be a plus:

 

• Experience with video hosting and streaming APIs and cloud platform(s)
• React Native – Experience with React Native.
• Docker – Knowledge of Docker for containerization of applications.
• Kubernetes – Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Understanding of IDPs (Identity Providers) – Knowledge of identity providers such as Azure/Entra authentication for managing user access and security.
