    We`re looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining Inquatro’s online presence across key social media platforms. 

    The goal is to grow brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate high-quality leads through strategic content creation, community management, and analytics-driven optimization.

    Key Responsibilities:
     

    • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Inquatro’s marketing and business goals.
    • Manage company profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
    • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts (graphics, videos, and thought-leadership content).
    • Collaborate with the content and design and sales teams to maintain visual and narrative consistency.
    • Engage with the online community: respond to comments, participate in discussions, and manage DMs.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions).
    • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities for brand positioning.
    • Support marketing campaigns, event promotion, and personal branding for company leadership.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging with lead generation initiatives.
       

    Required Qualifications:
     

    • 2–4 years in social media marketing (preferably in B2B, tech, or AI sectors).
    • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies.
    • Understanding of LinkedIn algorithms.
    • Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, or Metricool.
    • Copywriting and storytelling skills tailored for professional audiences.
    • Familiarity with basic analytics and performance reporting.
    • Understanding of AI, technology, or innovation topics (a strong plus).
    • Excellent English speaking and writing level (B2-C1)

    We’re looking for a skilled Integration and Automation Engineer to collaborate with us on a freelance basis and who can transform complex, manual operations into efficient, automated workflows using low-code tools.

    This role combines technical implementation with process thinking connecting systems, data, and communication channels to make operations faster and smarter.


    In this role you will contribute to both internal and external process automation with a focus on building Lead Automation workflows.

    Qualifications and skills:

     

    • 3 years of hands-on experience in process automation and digitisation;
    • Solid experience with low-code automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier etc.);
    • Strong understanding of API integrations, JSON, and HTTP requests;
    • Python scripting for data handling and process extensions;
    • Familiarity with AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, or similar) to integrate within workflows;
    • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn automation);
    • Upper-intermediate level of English (B2)

     

    Key responsibilities:

     

    • Design and maintain low-code automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier etc.;
    • Develop internal and external Lead Automation workflows, including data enrichment, lead scoring, CRM integration, and outreach sequences;
    • Create custom API integrations to connect CRM, spreadsheets, email platforms, and communication tools;
    • Automate reporting and analytics pipelines;
    • Support implementation of AI-powered assistants to enhance workflow efficiency;
    • Test, document, and continuously optimise automation systems for reliability and scalability.

     

    Nice to have:

     

    • Experience with RAG-based systems or vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate);
    • Ability to conduct short team training sessions or workflow documentation.
