To support this growth, we’re expanding our project team and inviting candidates to apply for the position of Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

     

    You may have different levels of experience – Junior, Middle, or Senior. What matters most is your motivation to deepen your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and your willingness to grow professionally as part of a collaborative team. We’ll definitely support you in this journey.

     

    Your key activities will be:

    • Participate in implementation and support projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) for Ukrainian and international clients.
    • Continuously develop your professional competencies through training, mastering Innoware’s project methodology, and obtaining Microsoft international certifications.

     

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Communicating with clients, describing and analyzing business processes to transfer them into the system.
    • Configuring and setting up D365 BC and Power BI.
    • Creating project documentation and aligning it with the client.
    • Estimating the time required to complete tasks.
    • Preparing technical specifications for the development team and collaborating with them to implement system modifications.
    • Performing acceptance testing to ensure the delivered functionality meets customer needs and requirements.
    • Supporting customers during acceptance testing, deployment of new features, and Go-Live.

    Additionally, in the future (or now, if you already have relevant experience):

    • Mentoring less experienced specialists.
    • Supporting data migration processes.
    • Integrating D365 BC with other systems and applications.
    • Ensuring quality control of tasks at various stages of the project.

     

    We’re looking for someone who has:

    • 1+ years of experience in implementing D365 BC as a Consultant or Analyst.
    • Understanding of all stages of an ERP system implementation project.
    • Solid knowledge of standard D365 BC functionality.
    • Understanding of business processes – finance and/or logistics, trade, production, etc., and willingness to learn new topics.
    • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher; fluency in Ukrainian.
    • Nice to have: Microsoft certification; experience in configuring Power BI.

    Innoware is expanding its business and looking for a Sales Manager who will close deals and work with leads in the field of ERP solutions.

     

    Location: Ukraine (remote or hybrid in Kyiv).

    Customer geography: Ukraine + EU, UAE, UK, USA.

    Lead sources: ~95% – inbound warm leads from marketing, ~5% – your own search.

    Your product: implementation and support services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM ERP solutions – products that help companies increase their efficiency and protect their data.

     

    Your key tasks:

    • Communicating with leads: identifying customer needs and expectations, qualifying them according to BANT, recording all interactions in CRM.
    • Managing deals from initial contact to signing: negotiations, organizing and conducting meetings, company presentations, demonstrations of ERP solutions.
    • Preparing documents: commercial proposals, tender documentation, contracts (with lawyers), and other materials.
    • Building long-term relationships: regular communication, providing up-to-date information, follow-up letters.
    • Participating in PR and business activities: attending events, Innoware and partner webinars.
    • Developing expertise: in-depth study of products, market analysis, searching for new sales opportunities.

     

    Experience and knowledge:

    • 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer support in the field of IT or technology solutions – ERP and/or CRM, Power Platform, cloud IT infrastructure, SaaS, Telecom, IoT, etc.
    • Nice to have but not a requirement: experience in sales specifically in the field of ERP or CRM solutions from any vendor (Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Salesforce, Terrasoft/Creatio, IT-Enterprise, etc.).
    • Understanding of business needs in IT solutions, their types and purposes.
    • English – Upper Intermediate or higher, fluent and competent command of Ukrainian.

    We are Innoware, an IT consulting company and Microsoft Partner, announcing the internship for everyone interested in developing in analytics and implementing IT solutions!

     

    Our internship will focus on discovering the world's most popular ERP system and immersing you in the future role of ERP Consultant:

    1. You will study the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system, which, by the way, has been recognized as the best cloud ERP solution in the world by Forbes Advisor!
    2. You will get acquainted with the business processes of companies on the example of real projects and will set up these business processes in the ERP system.
    3. You will study educational materials, perform practical cases, take tests to assess your knowledge, make presentations and demonstrations in the ERP system.
    4. All this with the support of our experienced mentors!

    Internship duration: ~2 months, March 4 – May 13, 2026.

     

    How much time will it take you: 20 hours/week, of which 5-10 hours/week are online meetings within standard working hours, and the rest of the time you will study and do homework.

    Important: in terms of the workload, our internship cannot be combined with another job, especially full-time. At the same time, it is absolutely possible to combine it with your university studies.

     

    Format: online – via Innoware account in Microsoft 365. You'll have access to Outlook, Teams, the ERP environment, and training materials.

     

    You will need: your laptop, access to high-speed internet, 20 free hours a week and, of course, attention and interest :)

     

    So, this internship is really, really for you if:

    • You are a 4th‑year undergraduate or Master’s student, or you already hold a university degree in Economics or IT.
    • You have good academic performance at university, strong analytical and logical skills. 
    • You have basic knowledge of databases and/or advanced Excel. It would also be great if you have knowledge of corporate finance or business economics (academic or practical).
    • You are fluent in Ukrainian and have an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
    • You live in Ukraine (this is important due to organisational issues and further work at Innoware).
    • You have an interest in analytics and IT solutions, and we will definitely help you strengthen this expertise 😉.

    • Configuring the functionality of the ERP system.
