    What you’ll be working on:

    Your key tasks:

    • Lead management: handling inbound leads, identifying their needs and expectations, qualifying them.
    • Guiding potential clients from first contact to contract signing: organizing and coordinating meetings, conducting negotiations, delivering presentations.
    • Documentation: preparing commercial offers, contracts, tender documents, and other sales-related paperwork.
    • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

    • At least 3 years of successful experience in selling IT/tech solutions – ERP and/or CRM, Power Platform, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, Telecom, IoT, etc.

    • English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher (including spoken), fluent and literate in Ukrainian.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience communicating with clients from the US and/or EU.

    You may have different levels of experience – Junior, Middle, or Senior. What matters most is your motivation to deepen your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and your willingness to grow professionally as part of a collaborative team.     Your key activities will be:

    • Participate in implementation and support projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) for Ukrainian and international clients.
    • Continuously develop your professional competencies through training, mastering Innoware’s project methodology, and obtaining Microsoft international certifications.

     

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Communicating with clients, describing and analyzing business processes to transfer them into the system.
    • Configuring and setting up D365 BC and Power BI.
    • Creating project documentation and aligning it with the client.
    • Estimating the time required to complete tasks.
    • Preparing technical specifications for the development team and collaborating with them to implement system modifications.
    • Performing acceptance testing to ensure the delivered functionality meets customer needs and requirements.
    • Supporting customers during acceptance testing, deployment of new features, and Go-Live.

    Additionally, in the future (or now, if you already have relevant experience):

    • Mentoring less experienced specialists.
    • Supporting data migration processes.

    We’re looking for someone who has:

    • 1+ years of experience in implementing D365 BC as a Consultant or Analyst.
    • Understanding of all stages of an ERP system implementation project.
    • Solid knowledge of standard D365 BC functionality.
    • Understanding of business processes – finance and/or logistics, trade, production, etc., and willingness to learn new topics.
    • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher; fluency in Ukrainian.
