INFOBUS is one of the leading online platforms for booking bus, train, and flight tickets. We help millions of people worldwide travel affordably and comfortably.

Six of our ten departments already use AI every week, but adoption remains fragmented, without a unified ecosystem. We are looking for an engineer to build a comprehensive AI architecture for the company, rather than maintain existing processes.

Our current projects include INFOBUS Hub (a management portal), AI agent development, and a prototype AI voice agent for customer support.

We are looking for someone who is deeply engaged in AI: writing production code during the day and experimenting with their own agents in the evening.

Responsibilities:

• AI agent development: Build text and voice agents for customer support, with seamless conversation handoffs to human support agents.
• New sales channels: Enable sales through AI channels, including apps in ChatGPT and Claude, and develop APIs and MCP integrations for third-party agents.
• Knowledge and integrations: Build RAG solutions using internal knowledge and integrate them with the BusSystem API, Zoho Desk, n8n, and other internal services.
• Department automation: Build automated workflows for teams across the company.
• Optimization and quality: Monitor response quality and cost, set up evaluations (evals), and optimize latency.
• Knowledge sharing: Run one workshop per month and help internal “AI guides” with complex automations.

Requirements:

• Software development experience: 2+ years of commercial experience with Python or TypeScript.
• AI stack and architecture: Hands-on experience building AI agents using tool use, structured outputs, and MCP. Experience gained through personal projects also counts.
• Modern development tools: Regular use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar solutions.
• Engineering mindset: Ability to investigate and address hallucinations and agent failures. You find debugging these issues engaging rather than intimidating.

Nice to have:

• Experience deploying AI solutions to production and understanding real-world use cases and failures.
• Experience with voice agents (Voice AI) and evaluations (evals).
• Experience in travel or e-commerce.

INFOBUS Holding is an international product IT company in the travel industry. We develop INFOBUS.eu, a platform for booking bus, train, and flight tickets, and BusSystem.eu, a SaaS solution for carriers. We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps / Security Engineer. This is a hands-on role covering the full implementation cycle, from assessment and solution design to configuration, deployment, and validation.

Your responsibilities:
 

• Assess the security of websites, APIs, infrastructure, access controls, and data; develop a risk register and remediation plan aligned with business priorities.
• Design and implement technical security controls, defining how they will be maintained and monitored.
• Configure and maintain Cloudflare, WAF, rate limiting, and bot management rules; investigate suspicious traffic while preserving access for users, partners, and legitimate search engine crawlers.
• Introduce security scanning for code, dependencies, secrets, and running applications; integrate checks into CI/CD, validate findings, and coordinate vulnerability remediation.
• Work with DevOps to strengthen the security of servers, network equipment, cloud services, and databases through access controls, secrets management, logging, and secure configurations.
• Set up security event collection and alerting, develop incident response procedures, participate in investigations, and address root causes to prevent recurring incidents.
• Define endpoint security requirements, including protective tools, updates, and configurations; coordinate implementation with IT support.
• Support technical audit readiness by implementing required security controls and preparing evidence of their operation.
• Document configurations and procedures, train internal specialists, and transfer knowledge to support ongoing maintenance.

What we are looking for:
 

• Hands-on experience implementing security solutions independently, from design through production deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, DNS, access management, and server configurations.
• Experience securing cloud and on-premises infrastructure, with the ability to work with GCP.
• Experience with Cloudflare or comparable solutions, including WAF, DDoS protection, bot management, and traffic analysis.
• Experience automating security checks and integrating security tools into CI/CD.
• Understanding of web application, API, database, and personal data storage security.
• Experience analyzing security events and responding to incidents.
• Ability to translate security requirements into specific technical configurations and actionable tasks.
• A proactive, independent approach, with the ability to prioritize business risks, communicate technical issues clearly, and coordinate changes across teams.

Nice to have:
 

• Experience preparing a company for an ISO 27001 audit from a technical perspective.
• Experience implementing technical controls to protect personal data.

Your background may be in Project or Delivery Management, Product, Operations, or Business Analysis. What matters is that you have personally launched AI solutions and can demonstrate them in action.

Responsibilities:

• 50% of your time — Hands-on development and automation:
  • Build and configure automations using n8n, Make, and Claude Code;
  • Write task instructions for AI agents and prepare test cases;
  • Launch solutions in close collaboration with an AI Engineer.
• 25% of your time — Measurement and portfolio management:
  • Establish baseline metrics before each project starts and define checkpoints and stop criteria;
  • Stop experiments promptly if post-launch metrics show no improvement.
• 25% of your time — People and culture:
  • Train and support “AI guides” across company departments;
  • Discover and introduce new AI tools and approaches, and run demos for teams.

• Experience: 2+ years in Project Management, Delivery, Product, Business Analysis, or Operations.
• Hands-on portfolio: AI solutions you have personally launched and can demonstrate. Practical results matter more than years of experience.
• Prompt engineering: Ability to write clear instructions that enable AI agents to complete tasks correctly on the first attempt, without unnecessary follow-up questions.
• Architectural understanding: Ability to explain to a developer why an agent needs a specific tool rather than simply a longer prompt.
• Business mindset: Ability to quantify financial impact and understand why hours saved do not automatically translate into direct profit.
