We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager / Creative Producer to own creative strategy and drive growth through high-performing creatives across paid acquisition channels. You’ll work closely with UA managers and creative teams to build scalable creative systems for Tier-1 markets.
 

      Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google)
• Build and run a creative testing framework (hypotheses → iterations → scaling)
• Manage and coordinate designers, copywriters, and translators
• Analyze creative performance and generate data-driven insights
• Launch and scale creatives for US and Tier-1 markets
• Collaborate with UA managers by funnel stage and channel

• Improve creative win-rate and reduce creative fatigue

  
  
  Hard skills we value 

• 2+ years in performance creative / growth / UA (Mid–Senior)
• Strong understanding of CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS, retention
• Experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google)
• Creative testing & performance analysis experience
• Data-driven mindset and hypothesis generation
• Hands-on with Google Sheets / Excel
• Understanding of the full funnel (creative → LP / quiz → product → monetization)

• Experience with Tableau / Looker / Amplitude

We are looking for a Creative Designer to create video and static creatives for marketing campaigns of a futuristic AI Social Discovery project. Your role will involve active participation in generating ideas and improving creative strategies.

What you’ll be doing:
 

• Craft engaging videos for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok;
• Collaborate with our marketing team—working closely with a UA manager, creative producer, and graphic designer to brainstorm fresh ideas;
• Explore and experiment with AI-powered tools (image, video, lip sync, and voice generators) to push creative boundaries.

What we’re looking for:
 

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role.
• A solid grasp of composition, typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Proficiency in After Effects (bonus points if you're familiar with Figma).  - A proactive, self-sufficient approach—you know how to manage your time and get things done.
• Are excited about generative AI tools and how they can enhance creativity.

Bonus points if you:
 

• Have a basic understanding of marketing and audience-driven design.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will own and drive the growth of our quiz-based B2C funnels across Web-to-App and Web-to-Web experiences. 

You will take full ownership of funnel strategy — from understanding user needs and shaping acquisition journeys to launching experiments, improving conversion and retention, and driving growth through data.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the full lifecycle of quiz-based marketing funnels: from idea generation, user research, and hypothesis creation to launch, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Working with our internal AI-powered funnel builder, which enables PMMs to independently create, iterate, and scale funnel experiences, allowing ideas to be tested and launched significantly faster.
• Making product decisions around funnel structure, user flow, functionality, and overall experience to maximize conversion and engagement.
• Designing and validating growth hypotheses through A/B testing and data-driven iterations.
• Analyzing funnel performance, identifying growth opportunities, and improving key metrics across all stages of the user journey.
• Researching competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Partnering with cross-functional product and growth teams, operating as a single unit fully aligned on experiments, performance, and business outcomes.
   

We are looking for you if:

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager.
• You have hands-on experience with quiz-based funnels and understand how to build, optimize, and scale conversion-focused user journeys.
• You are confident working with analytics, understand funnels and business metrics, and have experience working with Amplitude.
• You can conduct user research, segment audiences, and test value propositions.
• You think in a data-driven way and use insights to make product decisions.
• You have an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English — we work in a global market.
• Most importantly, you have an open mindset: our products require curiosity, awareness of emerging trends, a non-standard approach, and comfort working with unconventional topics.
