We are looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead to lead our web-based AI companionship products and drive their next stage of growth.

You will be ultimately responsible for achieving LTV and PMF targets — owning product strategy, leading a cross-functional team, and improving retention and monetization through data-driven development and experimentation.

We are evangelists of the Product Engineering culture and aim to maximize the number of roles that deliver value to users end-to-end. This means you will manage and coach a team of Product Engineers who are responsible for the full development chain: from analysis to delivery.

We also expect you to conduct your own deep analytics, be AI-native — experience with vibe coding features would be great — and consider final quantifiable value to be king.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution in alignment with company goals.
• Drive monetization through subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, design, and analytics.
• Continuously improve product management processes and coach the team to improve its effectiveness.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and innovation.
• Implement analytics automation.
• Run A/B, MVT, and Multi-armed tests and implement insights to boost engagement and retention.
   

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience with subscription-based products.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and research. Great knowledge of statistical instruments.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment.
• A bias for action, passion for growth, and an ownership mentality.

• Experience in AI companionship, social discovery, or dating products.
• Vibe-coded pet projects / features.
• A background in performance marketing or user acquisition.

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend foundation who is ready to take ownership of features from idea to release.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and deliver 5–10 product improvements in collaboration with the Product Manager during the first six months.
• Develop and maintain product features across both backend and frontend.
• Take features from an initial idea and technical design through implementation, release, and post-release analysis.
• Work with C# on the backend and React with TypeScript on the frontend.
• Clarify open-ended requirements and contribute to finding effective technical and product solutions.
• Use AI tools and coding agents in your day-to-day development workflow.
• Ensure the quality of delivered features and contribute to test automation.
• Learn and apply Product Engineering practices, including product analytics, product feature design, testing, and post-release analysis.
   

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of commercial experience with C#.
• Strong backend engineering skills and solid software and system design fundamentals.
• At least 1 year of commercial experience developing frontend features with React, Angular, Vue.js, or another modern frontend framework.
• Experience delivering user-facing features in production.
• Ability and willingness to work across both backend and frontend.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools or coding agents in day-to-day software development.
• Ability to work with ambiguous or incomplete requirements, clarify them independently, and propose solutions.
• Ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for a feature beyond writing the code.
• English at Intermediate level or higher.
   

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or machine learning services into products.
• Strong grasp of product analytics.
• Experience in product feature design and testing.

We’re looking for a Payment Manager to help the company expand into new geographical regions. In this role, you will own the expansion of our payment infrastructure into new geographies - sourcing and onboarding local providers, building reliable payment flows from scratch, and making new markets operational for the business.

• Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand payment methods across markets. Negotiate contracts and partnerships with local providers and international banks.
• Data Analysis: Analyze payment data across markets to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve performance and coverage.
• Process Optimization: Implement and refine payment workflows for new markets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to align payment capabilities with business needs in each new market.
• Reporting: Track payment flows, flag issues, and deliver clear, actionable reporting on new market performance to stakeholders.
   

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in payments teams in B2C subscription-based products;
• Ability to decompose, analyze, and interpret large datasets;
• High proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools, etc.;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager / Creative Producer to own creative strategy and drive growth through high-performing creatives across paid acquisition channels. You’ll work closely with UA managers and creative teams to build scalable creative systems for Tier-1 markets.
 

      Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google)
• Build and run a creative testing framework (hypotheses → iterations → scaling)
• Manage and coordinate designers, copywriters, and translators
• Analyze creative performance and generate data-driven insights
• Launch and scale creatives for US and Tier-1 markets
• Collaborate with UA managers by funnel stage and channel

• Improve creative win-rate and reduce creative fatigue

• 2+ years in performance creative / growth / UA (Mid–Senior)
• Strong understanding of CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS, retention
• Experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google)
• Creative testing & performance analysis experience
• Data-driven mindset and hypothesis generation
• Hands-on with Google Sheets / Excel
• Understanding of the full funnel (creative → LP / quiz → product → monetization)
