GetHoney is our AI-driven product, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer with a strong C#/.NET background and commercial frontend experience with React or another modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework.
This is not a feature-delivery role. We’re looking for an engineer who wants to understand the user problem, challenge solutions, make technical and product decisions, ship features end-to-end, and evaluate their impact after release.
You’ll be responsible for solving complex user problems and delivering meaningful product value end-to-end — from understanding the problem and shaping the solution to implementation, deployment, and post-release analysis.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will own and drive the growth of our quiz-based B2C funnels across Web-to-App and Web-to-Web experiences. 

You will take full ownership of funnel strategy — from understanding user needs and shaping acquisition journeys to launching experiments, improving conversion and retention, and driving growth through data.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the full lifecycle of quiz-based marketing funnels: from idea generation, user research, and hypothesis creation to launch, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Working with our internal AI-powered funnel builder, which enables PMMs to independently create, iterate, and scale funnel experiences, allowing ideas to be tested and launched significantly faster.
• Making product decisions around funnel structure, user flow, functionality, and overall experience to maximize conversion and engagement.

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to build and scale the affiliate acquisition channel for one of our AI companionship products.

This role goes beyond partner management. We are looking for someone who understands how affiliate traffic works end-to-end: from finding and onboarding the right partners to analyzing performance, improving offers and funnels, and ultimately driving profitable traffic at scale.

You’ll have a high level of ownership and the opportunity to build an affiliate system that can become an important growth channel for the product.

The role

Your one job: make the unit economics work. Find profitable ways to acquire paying subscribers, then scale them, growing paid spend from virtually $0 to ~$50k/day within a year while staying profitable on a payback basis.

This is equal parts performance marketing and growth hacking. You'll own all paid growth end to end, across every platform: setting strategy, building and buying campaigns yourself, briefing creative, and reading the numbers down to cohort LTV and payback. It's a player-coach seat, hands-on today, building and leading the UA team as spend scales.

If you've scaled subscription products profitably and you think in ROAS, payback windows, and trial-to-paid, not vanity metrics, this is a rare chance to own a product's entire paid engine.

What you'll own

• Positive unit economics — find profitable acquisition and scale it: grow paid spend from ~$0 toward ~$50k/day within a year while hitting ROAS, CAC, and payback targets. Own blended and channel-level economics, with retention and refund rates as guardrails.
• All paid channels, end to end — Meta (including partnership ads), Google (Search / YouTube), TikTok, and Snap, plus UGC. Launch, structure, scale, and cut campaigns yourself.
• The conversion funnel — partner with product to optimize the full path from landing page to paywall, checkout, and retention, and fix the leaks that paid traffic exposes.
• Creative strategy & velocity — brief, test, and iterate ad creative with our creative team at high volume; mine winners by hook rate, retention, and conversion, and feed the next round of tests.
• Measurement you trust — own attribution and reporting in Amplitude, PostHog, and GA4, with server-side tracking (Meta CAPI) for signal quality. Know what's incremental vs. last-click noise.
• A disciplined test cadence — run a structured hypothesis backlog: prioritize, ship, read out, and compound the learnings.
• Budget & forecasting — own paid budget, pacing, and spend forecasts tied to growth targets.
• Building the team (eventually) — as spend scales, hire and lead UA buyers and manage agency/partner relationships.

What you bring

• 5+ years in performance marketing / media buying, with a strong record in subscription, web2web, or D2C, and proof you've scaled paid spend profitably to high daily budgets (tens of thousands/day) on ROAS and payback, not just spent it.
• Deep hands-on mastery of Meta and Google, plus real operating experience with TikTok and/or Snap. You're comfortable being the one in the ad accounts every day.
• Web subscription fluency — paywalls, trials, plan mix, trial-to-paid, cohort LTV, churn, and refunds. You know money is made on profitable retained revenue, not the click.
• Analytics depth — hands-on with Amplitude, PostHog, and GA4, server-side tracking (CAPI), and confident spreadsheet/BI analysis of cohorts and unit economics.
• Creative-first instinct — you treat creative as the #1 lever, brief it sharply, and read creative performance like a media buyer, not a designer.
• Growth-hacker mindset — scrappy, experiment-driven, and relentless about finding the unlock that makes the math work. High autonomy, bias to action, fluent professional English.

• Маєш від 6 місяців досвіду в маркетингу, продукті або суміжній ролі — неважливо де, важливо що ти вже пробував/-ла.
• Тобі цікаво розбиратися в аналітиці, метриках і тому, як воронки впливають на бізнес.
• Мислиш структуровано і любиш працювати з даними.
• Маєш рівень англійської Upper-Intermediate+.
• Відкритий/-а до нестандартних тем і готовий/-а працювати в AI-ніші.
• Вмієш і хочеш використовувати AI-інструменти у своїй роботі.
