    We help startups and product companies worldwide grow through effective design solutions: designing, SaaS, web & mobile applications that combine user experience with business goals. Our team works fully remote.


    We are looking for a Recruiter / HR to support us with sourcing and hiring product designers for our team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Source and recruit candidates for Product / UX/UI Designer positions (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, etc.).
    • Conduct screening calls and interviews.
    • Evaluate portfolios and relevant experience.
    • Maintain candidate pipeline and keep track of statuses (pool β†’ screening β†’ interview β†’ offer).
    • Contribute to improving HR processes (onboarding, adaptation).

       

      Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a recruiter in IT/digital.
    • Understanding of UX/UI product design and portfolio evaluation β€” or readiness to quickly learn this area.
    • English β€” Upper-Intermediate+: job postings, communication, and candidate checks are in English.
    • Experience working with LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU etc.
    • Experience with recruitment success metrics and focus on results.
    • Self-organization, ability to work remotely, and proactivity: willingness to suggest and implement improvements.


      Work format:

    • Part- or Full-time.
    • Remote, distributed team.
