We’re hiring a Middle Project Coordinator to manage operational processes, support the CEO, and help drive project execution across the team. You should already have hands-on experience and confidence working with multiple tasks, tools, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project operations end-to-end
• Support the CEO with planning, prioritization, and process organization
• Manage meetings, reports, documentation, and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth communication between development, design, and management
• Track progress, deadlines, and risks
• Improve workflows and propose process optimizations
• Maintain structure and clarity across all ongoing tasks

 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in project coordination / operations / PM support
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

 Nice to have

• Experience coordinating IT development teams
• Experience preparing project dashboards or reports
• Understanding of risks and resource planning
