Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and product roles
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
• Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and candidate profiles
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS data accuracy
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards)
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• English level: B1+ (spoken and written)

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage projects end-to-end: initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and closure
• Communicate directly with clients, gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Manage project risks, budgets, dependencies, priorities, and timelines
• Lead and coordinate development teams, motivate team members, and help remove blockers
• Manage day-to-day operational activities of assigned projects
• Use delivery and performance metrics to control timelines, quality, and efficiency
• Provide clear and transparent project reporting to stakeholders using Jira tools
• Participate in projects together with the Senior Project Manager and support cross-project coordination
• Assist the Senior Project Manager with administrative and organizational tasks
• Work with project documentation, key metrics, and reporting spreadsheets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
  
   

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in a product or service IT company
• Hands-on experience managing complex software integrations involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong initiative and proactive mindset with the ability to independently identify problems and drive solutions
• Result-oriented approach with focus on business value and delivery
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with software developers and technical teams
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile / Kanban methodologies
• Strong experience working with Jira (JQL, Boards, Reports, Dashboards, backlog management)
• English level — at least Intermediate
• Experience in technical support or business analysis
