We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Generating qualified leads from inbound channels;
• Generating new ideas, initiation of new activities;
• SEO, PPC, e-mail campaigns coordination;
• Analysis of fintech market trends;
• Participation in the development of the strategy for product promotion
• Coordination of development of briefs, promotional materials and mailings;
• Cooperation with content departement and financail unit;
• Web-site improvemnts, landing pages A/B testing;
• Search, tasks assignment and coordination of freelancers (copywriters/rewriters/SEO/SMM), designers;
• Catalogs reviews placement, coordination of campaigns like ProductHunt etc;

• Search and cooperation with affiliate partners.

   

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of similar experience in the international Fintech B2B company;
• Experience with contractors / freelancers;
• Understanding the target audience of the fintech industry, and principles of its work;
• Experience of interaction with Sales, Support, bloggers, affiliates, advertising platforms;
• To be focused on immediate result (traffic / qualified leads growth);

• Knowledge of English on an advanced level.

We are looking for a sharp, proactive professional Senior Business Analyst/Team Lead, who thrives at the intersection of business and technology.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, particularly in the fintech, financial services, or payment processing industries.
• Proven expertise in analyzing business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, risk assessments, and dependency mapping).
• Strong understanding of system analysis principles, including data flows, architecture components, and API interactions.
• Solid background in Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence), with experience in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and documentation.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.

• Fluent in English (B2+) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with APIs, system architecture, or databases will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture, analyze, and validate business requirements by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering meetings to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Analyze third-party API documentation and create integration specifications for back-end developers.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation, including use cases, process flows, UML diagrams, and wireframes.
• Define and document structured functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clear prioritization based on business needs, feasibility, and risk.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to refine system requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Assist in functional testing and validation to ensure that requirements are met before deployment.

• Update and enhance internal and external documents.

Ми активно шукаємо Senior FullStack Developer!

Вимоги:

• Мінімум 5 років досвіду в розробці програмного забезпечення;
• Розуміння архітектури високонавантажених систем та принципів масштабованості;
• Знання Vue (версія 2 і вище), JavaScript / TypeScript;
• Досвід роботи з PHP 7.2 і вище, Symfony;

• Розуміння основ розробки програмного забезпечення (OOP, шаблони проектування, DDD, SOLID, проектування REST API).

   

Бажані навички:

• Попередній досвід у проєктуванні архітектури;
• Наставництво та проведення код-рев’ю;

• Досвід роботи з Symfony 4.x і/або 5.x, Doctrine, Docker, Composer, OpenSearch/ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, Git.

   

Обов’язки:

• Участь у розробці нового високонавантаженого проєкту компанії;
• Здійснення архітектурних рішень для високонавантаженого проєкту;
• Написання повторно використовуваного та ефективного коду;

• Активна участь в командній роботі, обговореннях та прийнятті рішень.
