We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to assist with daily IT operations and support employees with basic technical requests. The role includes preparing equipment, managing user accounts, maintaining inventory, and helping new employees during onboarding.
Requirements- 1 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk (or solid internship experience).
- Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user management and common collaboration tools.
- Basic understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS).
- Strong communication skills and a user-oriented mindset.
English: B1.
Responsibilities
- Create user accounts and assign access rights in Microsoft 365 and internal systems.
- Prepare and configure laptops, peripherals, and workplaces for new employees.
- Support IT onboarding: initial setup, introduction to company tools, basic troubleshooting.
- Handle equipment logistics: receiving, shipping, replacing, and documenting devices for remote and on-site staff.
- Maintain IT inventory and update asset records.
- Provide L1 technical support via the ticketing system (password resets, access issues, basic OS/application problems).
- Follow internal IT procedures and security policies.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
- Basic scripting understanding (PowerShell or Bash).
- Familiarity with MDM tools.
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
