What You’ll Do
As a Product Owner (Front Office Domain & Export Domain), you will:
Contribute to product direction & priorities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and market context.
- Work with high-level product goals and translate them into measurable improvements.
- Own and maintain the backlog for your domain, ensuring items are well-scoped, prioritized, and aligned with agreed roadmap priorities.
Drive delivery & execution
- Collaborate with engineering and other teams to turn requirements into working features.
- Help the team break down work into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Support sprint and release planning to deliver continuous value.
Be the voice of the customer
- Gather and synthesize feedback from users, internal teams, analytics, and partners.
- Validate assumptions, test hypotheses, and incorporate learnings into future priorities.
Measure & communicate progress
- Refine and expand existing product KPIs for your domain and use them to guide prioritization.
- Communicate progress, decisions, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Raise risks early and propose mitigation approaches.

What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a B2B or integration-heavy environment.
- Hands-on experience managing backlogs and writing user stories or similar artifacts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to make data-informed decisions and work with qualitative and quantitative inputs.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum workflows and partnering with technical teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with product analytics tools or roadmap planning tools.
- Exposure to customer discovery, UX testing, or requirements workshops.
- Experience working with distributed or cross-regional teams.
