- English level — Intermediate and higher;
- Experience with searching for candidates in the CIS market is desirable;- Some experience in the iGaming niche is nice-to-have, but not mandatory.

• Collaborate closely with the heads of all customer service departments to:
• Align on problem areas and action plans;
• Prioritize improvements based on business goals;
• Support implementation and monitor results.
• Implement and develop a continuous process improvement system:
• Optimize workflows and procedures;
• Develop and implement new approaches to training, quality control, and automation;
• Initiate A/B testing.
• Participate in the creation and updating of service quality standards and communication scripts.
• Support the development of automation and integration tools (bots, chat assistants, CRM processes, etc.).
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on the current state of customer service, identified issues, and achieved improvements.
• Manage and maintain the internal knowledge base for employees.
