We’re hiring a Product Manager/Owner who can turn a strong product vision into consistent shipping.
 

This is a high-velocity execution role: you’ll translate high-level goals into crisp specs, coordinate delivery across engineering, and ensure we ship the right things on time.
 

You’ll work closely with the founding team, engineers and designers to keep the roadmap focused, the backlog sharp, and releases predictable.
 

You will be building an iOS + web platform for AI document understanding (OCR, summary, chat) and manipulation (editing & productivity).

Key Responsibilities

• Turn goals into specs: write clear PRDs/specs with edge cases, UX states, and acceptance criteria so engineering can build without guessing.
• Own delivery cadence: sprint rhythm, backlog grooming, release planning, and cross-functional coordination (engineering + design).
• Make shipping predictable: lightweight workflows (Jira), release checklists, and crisp definition-of-done.
• Prioritize ruthlessly: keep focus on the highest-impact work; protect the team from churn and scope creep.
• Close the loop: define success metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate based on real usage (not opinions).

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in startups where "process" was something you had to build, not just follow.
  High Execution. You care more about shipping value over "being right" or perfect narratives.
• Process Architect. You’ve implemented delivery workflows that teams actually follow.
• Data-Savvy. You rely on data to validate hypotheses. You are comfortable digging into dashboards (we use PostHog) to answer your own questions without needing a data analyst.
• Technical Fluency. Comfortable discussing APIs, latency, trade-offs, and constraints with engineers.
• Direct communicator. You surface risks early and manage expectations transparently.

We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to help us build a mobile experience that feels native, fluid, and high-quality. 

You will work closely with our Engineering Lead and Design team to turn complex document workflows into simple, beautiful interactions. 

We expect you to use modern iOS frameworks to build a polished, stable, and responsive product.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Great Features: You will own the development of major features – from the PDF viewer and annotation tools to the AI chat interface.
• Modern UI Development: Use SwiftUI and UIKit to create smooth animations and responsive layouts that look great on iPhones and iPads.
• App Quality: Ensure the app feels fast and reliable. You care about loading states, smooth scrolling, and handling offline scenarios gracefully.
• Architecture: Write clean, maintainable Swift code using standard patterns (like MVVM) so the codebase remains easy to work with as we scale.
• AI Integration: Build the networking and UI layers to display streaming AI responses directly within the document view.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of iOS experience. You have shipped apps to the App Store and know the lifecycle of a mobile product.
• Strong Swift Skills. You are comfortable with modern Swift (async/await, Codable, etc.) and know when to use SwiftUI vs UIKit.
• Product Sense. You care about the user experience. You notice if a button is too small or an animation feels clunky, and you fix it.
• Familiarity with Apple Frameworks. You aren't afraid to dig into documentation for things like PDFKit, File Manager, or Share Extensions.
• Team Player. You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a small, collaborative startup environment.

Nice to Have Experience With

• Document/pdf-editing apps (cropping, rotating, form filling).
• Local databases (Core Data / SwiftData).

We are hiring a hands-on Engineering Lead (Full Stack) to own the Hooh engineering system end-to-end – architecture, reliability, and delivery. 
You will lead a small, high-output team (Backend, Full Stack, Applied AI, and iOS) while serving as a "player-coach".
 

You will architect and integrate Hooh’s end-to-end AI document understanding pipeline covering OCR, extraction, and conversational Q&A, paired with robust document manipulation capabilities.
 

This role could grow into Head of Engineering or CTO as the team scales.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End System Ownership
  • Own the entire pipeline: document ingest → processing (OCR/extraction) → AI workflows → APIs → iOS/web experiences.
  • Design and evolve API surfaces for document ingestion and AI-driven summarization.
• Architecture & Execution
  • Define service boundaries, API contracts, data models, and rollout patterns that keep the system coherent as the product surface area grows.
  • Engage in design reviews that span service decomposition and weigh CAP trade-offs.
• Hands-on Engineering
  • Ship core features across backend and web (React/Next.js/Node.js).
  • Unblock teammates and set the quality bar through exemplary PRs and technical decisions.
  • Optimize frontend hydration, bundle-splitting, and rendering concurrency.
• Reliability & Trust
  • Ensure reliability by design: idempotency, non-blocking execution, and horizontal scalability across worker clusters.
  • Implement security best practices around authentication, encryption, and secure data handling.
• Team Leadership
  • Improve delivery cadence through clear ownership, strong reviews, and pragmatic processes – keeping the team moving fast with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years shipping production systems, with a strong preference for startup or high-ownership environments.
• Full-Stack Fluency: Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript across backend (Node.js/Express) and frontend (React/Next.js).
• Database Depth: Advanced literacy in Postgres/MySQL, including schema evolution, query planning under load, read/write splitting, and connection pool tuning.
• Cloud & Infra: Proficiency with AWS/GCP/Azure, containers (Docker/K8s), CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform/CDK).
• Async Architectures: Experience with message queues (Kafka/SQS) and background job frameworks.
