What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor a small team of developers working with Node.js and React.
- Define architecture, review code, and drive best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver new features.
- Optimize performance, handle integrations (APIs, databases, 3rd-party services).
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, testing, and version control workflows.
What we expect
- 8+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in a tech lead or senior leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Familiar with REST APIs, component-based architecture, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with CI/CD, testing, Git, and authentication flows (JWT, OAuth).
