About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong AWS expertise to join our team and take ownership of the technical direction and day-to-day leadership of a development project.
You will work closely with both management and the engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and cloud-native SaaS solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who enjoys both writing code and guiding a team toward technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of a multi-tenant SaaS platform hosted on AWS.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-based applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).
• Architect and optimize infrastructure leveraging AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance to engineers.
• Collaborate with product and management teams to plan and deliver milestones on time.
• Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Oversee architecture decisions ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between backend, frontend, and DevOps teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the tech stack.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• 1+ year of proven experience in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Python, and related frameworks.
• Proven experience designing and implementing multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud architecture (compute, storage, networking, and security).
• Experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher).
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment aligned with the US/AZ time zone.

Nice to Have

• Experience with event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in ETL pipeline design, data analytics, and exposure to machine learning workflows. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions to support analytics, reporting, and ML-driven decision-making.

You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to ensure data integrity, performance, and accessibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing, including Elasticsearch.
• Develop, optimize, and manage data models, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows using AWS CodePipeline.
• Work with Python and .NET for automation, data integration, and application-level data handling.
• Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and optimize database performance and data processing pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in ETL development and orchestration, including Elasticsearch.
• Python — Expert level (data processing, automation, APIs, ML pipeline integration).
• ETL Tools / Frameworks — Expert level (custom and/or AWS-native).
• Data Analytics & Reporting — Expert level (data modeling, KPI dashboards, insights generation).
• DBA experience — Experienced (database design, tuning, and maintenance).
• AWS CodePipeline — Experienced (CI/CD for data workflows).
• .NET — Experienced (integration, backend data logic).
• Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) is a plus.
• Familiarity with machine learning data pipelines (feature engineering, data prep, model serving) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Airflow, DBT, or other orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

• At least 5 years of professional experience with Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of web requests, browser behaviors, headers, cookies, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and storage (localStorage, sessionStorage).
• Solid experience with frontend/backend interactions and web application architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience leading a team or technical projects is required.
