HESH is a Ukrainian product company working on a new manufacturing management solution. We are inviting an experienced SDR / Lead Generator to join our team.
The primary goal of this position is to support our team in driving sales and establishing strong relationships with clients.
- Lead Research & Outreach
• Map ICPs via Email , Messengers, Phone, Social media, industry directories.
• Automate cold sequences .
• Own first contact - Sales Intelligence & Tooling
• Build scrapers for buying signals (new plants, MES hires, grant wins).
• Keep everything neat in HubSpot + Notion; weekly pipeline velocity reports. - Cross-team Collab
• With Marketing—A/B creative for TOFU → MQL.
• With Product—loop back pain points pre-demo.
• With Founders—brainstorm GTM experiments, present real-time metrics.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS product sales or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct effective negotiations and close deals.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales management tools.
- Understanding of SaaS technologies and products.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
