We're expanding and looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using various sourcing techniques
- Collaborate with and support external recruitment partners
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings
- Facilitate offer negotiations and support hiring managers in final decision-making
- Contribute to the development and optimization of recruitment processes and tools
- Prepare and maintain summary reports and recruitment analytics
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide support during pre-onboarding and onboarding phases when needed (e.g., communication with new hires, hiring managers, vendors)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in mass hiring or high-volume environments
- Strong English skills (B2 level or higher)
- Experience with developing and implementing internal recruitment policies and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus
- International hiring experience is a strong advantage
- An analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and process improvement
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach
