The Role 

We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Operations Intern to help keep our marketing and sales systems running smoothly as we grow. You’ll work alongside our marketing consultant and sales team to manage HubSpot (our CRM and marketing platform), support campaigns, and help us make sense of our data. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how marketing and sales work together at a science-led startup — and you’ll own real deliverables from day one. 

 

What You’ll Do 

• Keep our contact and company records in good shape by updating information in HubSpot
• Help set up and test simple email campaigns and automated messages
• Make sure forms and lead capture tools are working correctly
• Assist with cleaning data (fixing duplicates, updating lists, organizing information)
• Pull basic reports so the team can understand what’s happening in the pipeline
• Help with event prep: forms, lead capture, checklists
• Support the team with day‑to‑day tasks as we build our marketing and sales processes
  
   

What We’re Looking For 

• You are studying (or have recently finished) Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or something similar
• You’re organized, detail‑oriented, and like when things are tidy
• You’re comfortable with spreadsheets and simple formulas
• You’re curious about marketing tools (we’ll train you on HubSpot)
• You can write clearly and work independently in a remote setting

• Familiarity with CRM concepts (contacts, deals, pipelines) or a willingness to learn quickly

   

Nice to Have 

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM platform 
• Basic understanding of email marketing or marketing automation concepts 
• Interest in biotech, beauty, or personal care 
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello) 
  
   

What You’ll Learn 

This internship will give you practical, resume-ready experience in marketing operations — one of the fastest-growing areas in marketing. By the end, you’ll be able to: 

• Navigate and manage HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub at a professional level 
• Build email workflows, manage lead routing, and segment audiences 
• Create dashboards and pull reports that inform real business decisions 
• Understand how startups build their marketing and sales infrastructure from scratch

This is a remote internship, open to candidates across time zones with a preference for EMEA. We’re flexible on part-time vs. full-time (minimum 20 hours/week). Duration is 3–6 months with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and company needs.

The Role:
We’re looking for a Content Manager to support our marketing team on a part‑time contract basis. The role combines content creation and coordination, with a focus on writing clear B2B copy and keeping content delivery on schedule across social media, email, blog, and website channels.
 

You’ll translate complex, science‑driven topics into structured, credible messaging aligned with HelloBiome’s brand voice and positioning. This role suits someone who is comfortable working independently and coordinating content production across multiple contributors.

This is a part‑time, fully remote role (approximately 20 hours per week), open to candidates based in Ukraine or other international locations. 
 

You’ll work primarily with WordPress/Elementor, HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro, LinkedIn, Microsoft 365, and Canva or Figma to create, manage, publish, and coordinate content.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in content management, content writing, or digital marketing in a B2B environment

- Strong writing and editing skills in English, with close attention to tone, clarity, and consistency

- Comfortable working with technical or scientific topics and translating complex concepts into clear messaging

- Experience with WordPress and Elementor for publishing and updating content

- Experience writing and managing content for LinkedIn

- Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro for email campaigns and basic performance tracking

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a content calendar independently

- Reliable internet connection and availability for daily overlap with US East Coast hours

- SEO basics, Canva or Figma experience, biotech or life‑sciences background, or executive thought‑leadership support are considered a plus

Responsibilities

- Write and edit content for social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and marketing materials

- Maintain the content calendar and coordinate publishing timelines

- Adapt scientific or technical source material into B2B‑appropriate messaging

- Upload and format blog posts and website content in WordPress and Elementor

- Write and build email newsletters and campaigns in HubSpot

- Coordinate with designers and other contributors to ensure timely delivery

- Review content for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment before publication

- Organize content assets, drafts, and documentation for ongoing use

The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join HelloBiome’s marketing team on a part‑time contract basis. This role focuses on creating high‑quality, on‑brand visual assets that translate complex microbiome science into clear, professional designs for a B2B audience.

You’ll design visuals across digital, print, presentation, and web formats, and support the ongoing maintenance of our website using WordPress and Elementor. This role suits someone who can work independently once direction and context are provided and who pays close attention to brand consistency and visual quality.

This is a part‑time contract role (approximately 20 hours per week) and is fully remote, open to candidates based in Ukraine or other international locations.

You’ll work primarily with Figma and Canva for design, WordPress (Elementor) for website updates, PowerPoint or Google Slides for presentations, and HubSpot for email campaigns.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B, biotech, health, beauty, or technology
• Proficient in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Strong presentation design skills using PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva
• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in AI-powered design tools to streamline workflow
• Ability to maintain consistency across brand design
• Experience designing long-form content, such as white papers and case studies
• Understanding of responsive email design
• Ability to translate technical or scientific content into clear visual assets
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely
• English proficiency – C1 Advanced

Nice to have:

• Experience working with WordPress / Elementor
• HubSpot email builder experience
• Motion graphics or animation skills
• Biotech, beauty, or life‑sciences background

Responsibilities:
