The Role 

We're looking for a Business Development Assistant to support our Sales Lead across the full sales process — from a qualified lead through to project kickoff for a new HelloBiome service. This role exists to take on the coordination and administrative work around an active pipeline, so nothing slips and our Sales Lead can focus their time on calls, proposals, and closing. 
 

What You'll Do 

• Keep leads moving day-to-day once they've been assigned to you, keeping our CRM accurate and current. 
• Coordinate logistics for product trials with internal teams, tracking progress through completion. 
• Follow up proactively at each stage so a lead doesn't go quiet unnoticed. 
• Build targeted contact lists from relevant public sources. 
• Use prospecting tools to find and verify contact details. 
• Build and run multi-channel outreach sequences (email and social), including personalized messaging. 
• Support proposal preparation — draft materials for our Sales Lead to review and present. 
• Prepare internal summaries after calls and keep resulting action items moving. 
   

What We're Looking For 

• Excellent written and spoken English (B2–C1 level). 
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning several parallel threads without dropping details. 
• You write clearly, both for internal summaries and external follow-ups. 
• You're comfortable in a CRM (we'll train you) — contacts, deals, pipeline stages. 
• You can work independently in a remote, async-friendly setting. 
   

Nice to Have 

• Experience with a CRM platform. 
• Exposure to sales, outreach or proposal support — drafting materials for clients. 
• Comfort with common office or design tools for formatting client-facing documents. 
• Interest in biotech, beauty, or personal care. 
   

What You'll Learn 

This role gives you practical experience in sales at a B2B biotech startup. By the end, you'll be able to: 

• Run day-to-day CRM and pipeline management at a professional level. 
• Create an outreach strategy and convert leads into deals. 
• Support proposal creation for enterprise clients.

The Role 

We're looking for a Sales Intern to own outbound lead generation, end to end — from building a targeted contact list through to a running outreach sequence. This role exists to make outbound a steady, owned function rather than something squeezed in when there's time. Once a contact replies, you'll hand them off cleanly into our sales pipeline. 

What You'll Do 

• Build targeted contact lists from relevant public sources. 
• Use prospecting tools to find and verify contact details. 
• Build and run multi-channel outreach sequences (email and social), including personalized messaging. 
• Track replies and engagement, and hand off engaged contacts into our CRM so they enter the sales pipeline cleanly. 
• Work with our team on messaging and targeting — what's working, what isn't, and where to focus next. 
• (Over time) Help us make better use of internal tools for systematically identifying target accounts and contacts. 

What We're Looking For 

• Excellent written and spoken English (B2–C1 level). 
• You're organized and detail-oriented — this role lives or dies on data quality, not volume. 
• You're comfortable with (or eager to learn) prospecting and outreach tools. 
• You write clearly and can craft outreach messaging that doesn't read like a template. 
• You can work independently in a remote, async-friendly setting.

• Basic understanding of email deliverability and sequence best practices. 
• Interest in biotech, beauty, or personal care. 
• Experience with project management tools.
