Our client is building a high-performance betting platform used by thousands of players. We’re looking for a Senior React Developer who is strong in modern frontend architecture, React ecosystem, and performance-driven UI development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building production applications with React.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and frontend architecture.
• Practical experience with React Query or other tools for managing server state.
• Deep understanding of performance optimization techniques (virtualization, memoization, rendering patterns).
• Experience with SSR frameworks (Remix, Next.js, or similar).
• Experience writing automated tests for frontend applications.
• Good understanding of accessibility (A11y) standards.
• Experience working with design systems and component-driven development (Storybook).
• Upper-intermediate and higher level of English 

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Node.js and Express.
• Familiarity with Zod for schema validation.
• Experience with observability tools: Datadog, OpenTelemetry, New Relic.
• Previous work with feature flag platforms (LaunchDarkly).
• Experience running performance/load tests (K6).

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, scalable features using React 18, TypeScript, and Remix.
• Drive and influence frontend architecture and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs, optimize data flows, and enhance application performance.
• Ensure top-tier UX through virtualization, caching strategies, memoization, and efficient rendering.
• Build and maintain the internal UI component library and reusable design patterns.
• Write automated unit, integration, and E2E tests using Vitest, Testing Library, and Playwright.
• Monitor and optimize performance using Datadog, OpenTelemetry, and New Relic.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers across the team.
• Document UI components and support design consistency with Storybook.
• Work with LaunchDarkly to manage feature flags and gradual rollouts.

Основні обовʼязки:

• Читати готову навчальну програму в першому семестрі
• У другому семестрі - адаптувати матеріали з урахуванням сильних сторін студентів та актуальних потреб ринку
• Навчати студентів основам програмування (бази даних, алгоритми, принципи програмування).
• Здійснювати педагогічне керівництво та менторинг студентів.
• Сприяти високій якості навчального процесу та дисциплінованому середовищу.

Вимоги:

• 4+ роки досвіду викладання або роботи в ІТ/освіті.
• Педагогічний бекграунд або досвід комунікації з учнями.
• Знання базових ІТ-напрямків: Алгоритми, Бази даних, Основи програмування
• Вміння пояснювати матеріал доступною мовою
• Володіння англійською мовою: Intermediate

Додатково вітається:

• Досвід роботи з молоддю з особливими освітніми потреба
• Досвід створеня та адаптації навчальних програм
