Responsibilities:
-  Managing several mobile and web development projects simultaneously

Heaven Soft is looking for a UI/UX Designer for long-term cooperation. Guided by our company values, we are seeking a responsible, honest, and motivated team player who is eager to grow and develop professionally.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be involved in creating web designs (landing pages, multi-page websites, and e-commerce platforms) as well as mobile application designs.

Key Responsibilities

UX Part:

• Analyze briefs and client requirements
• Conduct competitor research and analysis
• Build information architecture and user flows
• Create high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Work with design components and auto-layouts

UI Part:

• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, considering product concepts and client needs
• Work with typography and color schemes
• Create basic animations in Figma (optional but welcomed)

Tools & Software:

• Figma (primary tool)
• FigJam (for user flows and information architecture)

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (a plus)

   

Requirements:

• English level: B1-B2 (intermediate to upper-intermediate)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and creative mindset

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to expand our client network through LinkedIn outreach and B2B communication.

What We Value:

- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
- Experience in LinkedIn outreach and international client communication
- Understanding of the web / mobile development process
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Searching for potential clients and decision-makers on LinkedIn
- Analyzing client profiles and identifying collaboration opportunities
- Writing and sending personalized connection requests and messages
- Maintaining communication and supporting clients through the initial stages
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager and PMs to ensure client needs are met
- Tracking outreach results and preparing weekly reports
