A growing marketing agency is looking for a UX & Graphic Designer to support both internal and client projects. The role involves creating high-quality visual assets—primarily for digital use — ensuring brand consistency and collaborating with various teams and clients to bring ideas to life.

⚠️ Please note: This is an “all-rounder” position. You’ll take on a wide variety of tasks, including: web design, graphics, illustrations, icon design, logo design, brand identities, blog graphics, infographics, thumbnails, photo editing, and occasionally print designs.

🎨 Responsibilities

    • Improving or creating webdesigns for Desktop & Mobile

    • Designing and optimizing Google Slides, Docs, and Spreadsheets

    • Creating branded templates for internal and client use

    • Designing print materials such as business cards, flyers, roll-up banners, trade show booths, magazines, brochures, etc.

    • Creating mockups based on client requests

    • Enhancing and refining existing corporate identities

    • Creating icons, illustrations, and unique graphics for both print and digital media

    • Occasionally designing basic logo drafts or concepts

🤝 Collaboration & Coordination

    • Working closely with the web design team using Figma

    • Managing tasks via Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools

    • Communicating with clients or the Project Manager to refine and improve designs

Requirements

✅ Experience in Graphic, Print & Web- Design

    • Strong skills in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

    • Solid understanding of print production and file preparation for print

✅ Proficiency in Digital Tools

    • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets)

    • Experience using Figma for collaboration with web designers

    • Comfortable working with Asana, ClickUp, or other project management tools

✅ Creative & Design Expertise

    • A strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and modern design trends

    • Experience in developing and refining corporate identities

    • Ability to translate client requirements into visually compelling designs

✅ Independent & Structured Work Style

    • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • Quick learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

    • Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interaction

⚠️ Mandatory: English level B2 or C1 (fluent English, since daily team meetings will be in english)

We are developing fitness apps for the German market and are looking for a talented and experienced React Native (Expo) developer with a passion for mobile fitness applications and thought through server-side applications to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a strong product mindset, a deep understanding of mobile development lifecycle on React Native (Expo).

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a React Native Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing fitness application designs;
• Deep knowledge of React Native (including hooks, navigation, state management, performance optimizations);
• Solid experience with Typescript and Expo Ecosystem (including developing production ready apps);
• Experience with app store deployment pipelines (Apple, Google);
• Experience with push notifications, deep linking, offline storage, permissions, etc.;
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of native mobile development (iOS/Android) concepts and bridging native modules;
• Understanding of CI/CD for mobile apps (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc.)
• Good understanding of React Native limitations and presence of ready-to-use solutions to tackle complex problems;
• Deep understanding of mobile to server communication patterns, caching, session and state management;
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices;
• Familiarity with Micro-services Architecture, NestJS and API design patterns on backend;
   
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively;
• Comfort with rapid prototyping and iterative development;
• Willingness to take ownership and wear multiple hats
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on projects that include nutrition tracking, workout plans, progress tracking;
• Experience with mono-repos would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of the fitness industry and familiarity with fitness applications and trends is a plus;
• Familiarity with integrating wearable technology, smart devices and synchronisation with external fitness tracking systems such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin.

• Collaboration with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
