AEM Developer (m/f/d)

Location: Remote 
 

We’re looking for an experienced AEM Developer to join our team and help us build and maintain large-scale, multilingual websites for a global pharmaceutical client. You’ll work on a range of projects — from complete redesigns and new platform builds to feature development and long-term maintenance.
 

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Implement new features and components within existing AEM setups.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate complex requirements into high-quality digital solutions.
• Support AEM migrations, redesigns, and relaunches of existing sites.
• Build new websites from scratch, following brand and compliance guidelines.

• Maintain and enhance existing functionality, including forms, content modules, and internal search systems.

   

Your Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue/React a plus).
• Experience integrating APIs and optimizing AEM components for reusability.
• Knowledge of content authoring best practices and experience supporting editors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in regulated environments (pharma or healthcare experience is a plus).
• Good English communication skills; German is an advantage.

We are developing fitness apps for the German market and are looking for a talented and experienced React Native + Next.js developer with a passion for mobile fitness applications and thought through server-side applications to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a strong product mindset, a deep understanding of mobile development lifecycle on React Native + Next.js.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a React Native + Next.js Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing fitness application designs;
• Deep knowledge of React Native and Next.js (including hooks, navigation, state management, performance optimizations);
• Solid experience with Typescript and Expo Ecosystem (including developing production ready apps);
• Experience with app store deployment pipelines (Apple, Google);
• Experience with push notifications, deep linking, offline storage, permissions, etc.;
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of native mobile development (iOS/Android) concepts and bridging native modules;
• Understanding of CI/CD for mobile apps (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc.)
• Good understanding of React Native limitations and presence of ready-to-use solutions to tackle complex problems;
• Deep understanding of mobile to server communication patterns, caching, session and state management;
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices;
• Familiarity with Micro-services Architecture, NestJS and API design patterns on backend;
• Experience with mono-repos would be an advantage;

• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who loves building high-performance web and mobile applications from end to end.
You’ll join a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and marketers working on cutting-edge digital products for international clients.

Your primary focus will be developing scalable, maintainable, and well-structured applications using our modern tech stack — Flutter for mobile, Next.js for frontend, and Node.js/NestJS with PostgreSQL and Prisma for the backend.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack or mobile/web development
• Strong skills in Flutter (Dart) and Next.js (React + TypeScript)
• Experience building APIs with Node.js and NestJS
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and ORMs (Prisma)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
• Passion for clean code, performance, and UX
• Good communication skills in English
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL
• Familiarity with microservice architectures
• Background in mobile performance optimization or app store deployment
• Interest in DevOps or infrastructure as code

• Identify and target ideal customer profiles

• Prospect management in CRM (Hubspot)
   

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with LinkedIn in B2B sales/lead generation, with a focus on outbound campaigns.
• English: Upper-Intermediate 
• Proactive, self-motivated, and organized
