Project Overview:
Happio.io is a mental health support app that has been designed by a team of experts, including psychologists, therapists, and coaches. We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive platform that prioritises our users' well-being. We are now looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer (part-time, remote) to join our health tech start-up team.

Position Overview:
As a UX/UI Designer at Happio, you will be pivotal in conceptualising and designing user-centric interfaces that elevate our products to new heights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, conduct research, and translate insights into compelling design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviours, needs, and preferences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate design concepts and solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Illustrate designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to improve the user experience continuously.
- Maintain design consistency and quality across all digital platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to enhance design processes and outcomes continuously.

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and a deep understanding of design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate user insights into actionable design solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
- English level: Upper intermediate/Fluent
- Passion for innovation and a drive to create exceptional user experiences.
- Health tech app experience would be an advantage
